My 31 year old husband has been today diagnosed as terminal. His cancer which had gone in July has come back rapidly and now there is nothing they can do Sad. How do you move on from here? We had his sperm frozen to hopefully try ivf but he won't even be alive to try that.

I'm so utterly heartbroken Sad

You sound like an amazing woman. I can’t begin to imagine your pain. Huge respect to you and lots of hugs and strength coming your way xx FlowersFlowers

Nifflerbowtruckle · 10/12/2017 09:52

DH is still here. He hasn't changed at all since last night. We've all managed to get some sleep. The only time he makes any sound is when he twitches his feet and it must hurt him. Seeing him like this is horrible. His eyes are sunken and his cheekbones jut out now.

Thinking of you too xx

Sidge · 10/12/2017 10:08

It’s so difficult for you my lovely, but your strength and love shines through every one of your posts.

Keep talking to him as he can still hear you, maybe play some of his favourite music or read to him? I’m sure he is comforted by your presence and your voice, as well as your lovely dog.

It’s so tough on you but you will have so many lovely memories and precious times to remember. And he will go knowing he was loved so very very much.
