Please help calm. Facing prison sentence

I'm due in court tomorrow for attempting to pervert the course of justice.

It happened six months ago and I'm pleading guilty so no trial etc.

No previous and I'm a person "of good character". But my goodness I'm bloody petrified.

I probably won't sleep tonight and I'll I keep thinking about is my dd.

If the sentence was to happen could your barrister immediately appeal? You could be out the next day.

Good luck today OP, i’m glad you’ve had counselling already about everything.

I know you’ve said your current DP is lovely but I would recommend taking some time after this to really examine your relationship with men. Maybe do the freedom programme. Make sure that your bar for this new DP is a hell of a lot higher than “at least he didn’t steal my car and cause me to nearly end up in prison”. You’ve been very vulnerable these past few months.

@Dyrne you're right it hasn't been healthy. I've been a bloody idiot and out myself through the mangle somewhat. Dp knows the score. But I'd known him a while etc

A part of my counselling did touch upon my romantic relationships.

If I remember correctly the probation officer mentioned something about recommending me to go on one
