Please help calm. Facing prison sentence

I'm due in court tomorrow for attempting to pervert the course of justice.

It happened six months ago and I'm pleading guilty so no trial etc.

No previous and I'm a person "of good character". But my goodness I'm bloody petrified.

I probably won't sleep tonight and I'll I keep thinking about is my dd.

OP I hope it goes as well as can be expected today. I honestly believe that "bad" people are few and far between and most people who have broken the law are victims of their circumstance primarily. Sending you to prison would serve no purpose that I can see. Wishing you lots of luck for today and wisdom and strength as you go forward in your life.

I doubt you'll get sent to prison op. They are overcrowded. You'll probably get a tag at most.

Child rapists don't even get sent down nowadays.

Good luck OP. I can't see any reason for a custodial sentence. You are not a danger to the public, this is your first offence and you've proven to be remorseful and admitted all you've done wrong.

Court processes are slow and subject to a lot of chopping and changing. I wouldn't worry too much about her not reporting back yet.
