I thought I would start a thread for those scheduled for a FET in May.

Had egg collection in Feb, feels like forever ago now.

I have just started a medicated FET cycle. Started taking norethisterone today. Provisional transfer scheduled for May 27th.

Anyone else on a similar timeline?

Hit post too soon!! Good luck with staying away from Amazon! The infertility rollercoaster is the toughest test with more downs than ups but fingers crossed we all get the positive outcomes we are hoping for!

Its been 7 days now since my embryo transfer and I'm starting to go a little bit crazy , thinking is it going to happen? is my period going to start? I want to test early but don't want to at the same time!
How's everyone else getting on ?

@YourBusyZebra I'm 5 days past and it's torture, I have no symptoms at all so it's very disheartening, really want to test but also don't want to test it's so emotional. Have you had any symptoms

@camelinastorm aww I wouldn't worry about not having any symptoms, I've heard so many people feel nothing and it still turns out positive and it's still very early 😁
I've had a constant feeling that something is going on, like an ache but I can't tell if it's because I'm thinking about it or if it's actually real. It definitely messes with your head.
I've been thinking about testing but I think it would really knock me down if I test now and it's negative.

@camelinastorm 5dp is mega early still, so it might not even show up on a hpt this soon! When is your OTD?

@YourBusyZebra you're doing really well to have held off for a week, you're in the home stretch now. I found not having any tests in the house really helpful in staving off testing early.

My OTD is tomorrow - still having lots of symptoms (exhaustion, nausea, heartburn, enhanced sense of smell, backache) and beginning to think perhaps something is happening and it's not just all down to the progesterone. Less than 24 hours to go! I may just test at minute and send an email to my clinic at 12:01 haha!

I have tests in the house but not the ultra sensitive ones so definitely trying to avoid them

Hey guys do you mind if I tag on here (although I did a fresh transfer) I am 7dp5dt so same day as you @YourBusyZebra. Trying to not think about it too much but failing .. obviously x

@Toryory21 it's not easy to distract yourself 😅Even when I'm at work it's still constantly on my mind. When is your test date?

@YourBusyZebra oh totally!!! I’m not sure what’s worse waiting for the day 5 embryo update or this though. My test date is Monday 19th although I may test over the weekend if my period hasn’t arrived as I don’t want to start my week on a bad note. Is yours the same date?

The one and only time I have had a transfer previously was with an early day 5 ungraded blast (only one that made it so the only one to transfer) and my period started in the evening on 8dp5dt so I’m predicting AF to show up tomo if this hasn’t worked again. Have you had transfers previously or is this your first (and hopefully last)? Xx

@Toryory21 my test date is the 22nd may and yeh this is my first time. Everything seems to have gone really well with it but I'm still not holding out hope for it working first time.
Hopefully it will be a success for you the 2nd time round ❤️

My more sensitive tests arrived today so looks like I’m testing tomorrow
don’t have high hopes so expecting to be crying a lot the next couple of days
should have ordered some tissues too 😞

Totally in the same feels as you all. Hit that mid TWW point of 8dpt where desperate to test but also want to cling onto hope as long as I can. Good luck for those testing tomorrow will be thinking of you ! I’m going to try and hold out till Saturday (OTD is Monday at 13DPT) so that I can have the weekend to deal with whatever outcome.

@Toryory21 @Anniekent1 my OTD is also on Monday the 19th - I’m thinking of testing on Sunday. Will you guys still be using early response tests or regular ones?

Nothing much going on with me recently, (except SO gassy on estrogen 🙈). I have my lining scan tomorrow so hoping everything is as it should be & I can start my progesterone.

@Impatientlywaiting321 oh god I don’t know I was just going to use the cheap ones and test either Saturday or Sunday if my period doesn’t arrive before then. I actually just don’t want to know right now.

I’m kind of over testing, it won’t make a difference in the end and it just stresses me out. My husband was even asking me why I haven’t tested 😅
