Hi 👋

A thread for anyone who wants to discuss their Create Fertility experiences.

I'm 38, have had 3 egg collections with Create (2x natural modified and 1 x mild) and am about to go through my first FET following embryo banking and after having a Hysteroscopy and discovering I have thyroid antibodies...joys of fertility challenges.

@VenusStarr yes I noticed they did not seem very pro Intralipids when I asked about it the last time and to be fair the research data is limited on it. I'm still on Prednisolone 10mg and baby aspirin, Clexane will get added if my blood flow is not good in this cycle (that will mean I'd need to abandon and re start the following cycle with Clexane). I've not had a NK cells test but am thinking as I'm on Prednisolone, and if Create do not endorse Intralipids anyway, what is the point. Will see what happens.

@VenusStarr did you get pregnant with just Prednisolone and aspirin and/or clexane? Sorry, if you don't want to answer with how you're feeling, I completely understand

@Hollyw128 my scan is tomorrow I’m stressed

@Sunflower360 it was with pred, aspirin, clexane, intralipids, hydroxychloroquine and intralipids. It was a healthy baby too (I had a d&c and they tested after), so not really sure why she didn't make it.

@Sunflower360 I also didn't realize you went straight into next transfer. Makes sense though.

@VenusStarr I hope you can relax a bit with time off work.
I feel ok, I just accepted that I don't get more than 2-3 fertilized eggs hence my chances with 1 cycle are pretty low. I m not getting my hopes high.

@jolly86 - I never got more than 3 fertilised eggs per collection (I did have 3x collections in a row though before any transfers). For me it was very much quality over quantity. I ended up getting pregnant from both my transfers, so hoping you will have similar luck x

@Hollyw128 yes it is hun. Didn’t sleep all night today. I supposed to feel happy but I feel like crying now, why I alway think the worst 😢

Girls I have 3 unused citrotide left if anyone needs it please let me know I can post it for you. I don’t need any money for it just don’t want this to go waste ❤️

I think it's natural to be anxious after the trauma of infertility. We've all had to endure so much disappointment and heartbreak that it's hard to believe good news xx

Good luck with your transfer @jolly86 and with your scan @Ks2023, mine’s Monday and I feel exactly the same. Completely agree with @muddlingthrou, we’re so used to bad news.

@Ks2023 mine is next week but I am going insane. I have had previous missed miscarriage so worried sick. So scared. Keep having bad dreams.

Hope all your scans go ok, can appreciate the nervousness but hopefully news will be positive all round. @jolly86 how are you?

@Sunflower360 I am ok thank you. I didn't get news today , it's day 2 so I guess it's normal not to hear anything? I am most likely to transfer tomorrow on day 3. Possibly double depending on grading I suppose. Is it possible for an embryo to be discarded on day 3 already?

@jolly86 sorry I got my days mixed up! They wouldn't discard anything until they spoke to you, I'm sure its fine, fingers crossed

@Sunflower360 I am not too hopeful with only 2 fertilised eggs, but let’s see.

Hello, off to my double transfer. I have no info about the quality, expecting the worst but also aware grade isn’t everything . Have a nice weekend everyone xx

Scan went well. I’m 6+4 and little one have a strong heartbeat ❤️

I got my transfer it was one 6 cell and one 7 cell. Fragmentation was low but quality medium for both, there are 4 factors into quality it’s a bit different grading here,

Did you have any symptoms at all ?
I have scan next week and absolutely going crazy and no symptoms at all. I feel normal physically. It is scaring me.

@Hollyw128 thank you so much hun. I feel nauseous most of the time and my breast so sore and I’m very very tired and want sleep. I’ll pray for you your scan will go very well as well I know how hard is it and how hard is it to believe in good news. I don’t think I still really realised. How far along you are now? Did you do your Beta HCG?
