Hi 👋

A thread for anyone who wants to discuss their Create Fertility experiences.

I'm 38, have had 3 egg collections with Create (2x natural modified and 1 x mild) and am about to go through my first FET following embryo banking and after having a Hysteroscopy and discovering I have thyroid antibodies...joys of fertility challenges.

@Sunflower360 thanks! It is a new process and was told good success rates- not less than having 2 consecutive
collections! It just didn’t fit well in our plans.

@Sunflower360 do you know what is the pills they give us just before egg collection? is it antibiotics against infection? I don't think they give it where i am now.

Thank you everyone! We had our scan and it went well. We saw the heartbeat and it's measuring the correct size. So relieved and happy.

that's great @Plantymcplant you must be so relieved. Thank you @Maddie23 @Sunflower360 I think they will give me something after EC. It's just that in UK I always got given the medication beforehand for EC.

Did you have any symptoms at all after 2ww ?

Hello everyone. I had my collection today , 3 eggs collected. It will be a day 2 or 3 transfer, depending on how many fertilise and if there are 2 fertilized it will be a double transfer. I feel extremely tired otherwise ok.

Has anyone on this thread had immunotherapy support with their cycles? I'm on Prednisolone and Aspirin for my throid antibodies and have been for my previous FETs, I'm happy with the Drs advice on it, was just curious more than anything what and if people had at Create clinics

@Sunflower360 where I am now (not create) they prescribe some anti immune and aspirin as a routine procedure. I got a list of drugs yesterday (an immune related drug and aspirin in addition to antibiotics and progesterone) and was a bit surprised but was told the consultant I am with prescribes these to patients with fresh transfer.

I got my update 2 eggs were mature and processed and 2 fertilized today . Transfer on day 3 provisionally.

@Hollyw128 I've got my CD 7 scan on Tuesday as part of the FET process...will see how it goes. Its early to check my blood flow and if I'm ok to proceed this cycle. How about you?

I didn't realise you were already in your next FET @Sunflower360 I'm sorry your last one didn't work. Hope you're OK.
Are you changing anything this time?

I've done hydroxychloroquine, prednisolone, intralipids, aspirin and clexane in a FET (it did work but miscarried). But create don't really endorse hydroxy or intralipids. I've got overactive nk cells.

Good news @jolly86 hope you're feeling OK.

I'm still off work, I'm still not ready to do the last cycle, working with a therapist at the moment.
