anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

@Marvellouslymadmum Im not gona be able to be monitored for this month as I'll be away. But I hated it for the last month so im actually quite glad lol. Xx

Hi ladies, how are you?

I had my progesterone results back today: 42.5 which indicates I ovulated. They are pleased that I'm ovulating on 25mg of Clomid and I won't need to go back in again for scans or have my progesterone tested. I need to call them when I start my 5th Clomid cycle so we can arrange a follow up consultation and discuss next steps... unless I get pregnant of course.

She said not to up my dose to 50mg under any circumstances (due to chance of over stimulating), but the temptation is there especially when this cycle my 1 x follicle was oversized and likely a dud.

@Kay00 I totally understand the temptation to up the dose, especially when you're not being monitored so you've no idea if it's working in there!

Hi ladies. I'm 15dpo and no signs of AF yet. I did a FRER at 13dpo and it easy stark white so I assume she'll turn up today at some point. Chart is trolling me though 🙃

I wanted to know if you ladies have longer LP on clomid/Metformin? I compared my chart to others on Clomid and on Metformin in FF and saw quite a few of them had LP as long as 16 and 17 days. So I'm assuming it's a side effect of the meds rather than me being pregnant 🤔 me normal LP is about 11-13 days long.

I had my follicle scan today and the biggest is 9mm CD11 I was hoping for bigger and I’m so disheartening by this. Does anyone know when they ov on clomid? The only two cycles I did ov I thought I did at CD14 but if that’s the case I’m prob not going to ov this cycle. I’m going on holiday on Saturday so won’t be able to get any more scans after Friday. Xx

@J90A I took clomid on cycle days 2-6. I ovulated on cycle day 16/17.

@J90A I haven’t been on here for a while so thought I’d come and see how you ladies were.

@Kay00 clomid increased my lp from 10 days to 11 days but thats it. Never had anything like yours. The chart looks good to so fingers crossed

@j90a if yours is 9mm on CD11 and you ovulate on cycle 14, it could be 15mm by then (at a growth rate of 2mm per day). If you ovulate on CD16 it might be around 19mm. These are both good sizes for ovulation. I have so far ovulated on CD15 and 16 on Clomid x

@clomid1 I tested again yesterday at 15dpo and got bfn. So I'm just waiting for AF to turn up. I had another temp drop this morning so she'll likely arrive today or tomorrow. Onwards and upwards!

@Kay00 charts can be a nightmare some months - mine is this month! Will let you know on the Lp so far my fp is definitely longer than average but mine are irregular anyway

@J90A I'm currently cd21 and still haven't ovulated yet, I had my scan cd12 and she could just make out one at 14mm so it may just be late ovulation for you too

I have no idea what to do about my day21 progesterone test, I'm supposed to have it today as I'm cd21 but I haven't ovulated yet 🤦🏼‍♀️ so it'll be wildly inaccurate but maybe they want to know if it's brought forward! Who knows

@J90A no more scans I only get one 🙄 I've been doing opk but they're the same as every month up and down false highs but no peak yet, I have to temp as well to confirm when ovulation has definitely happened as opk aren't reliable on their own (same for most people but they don't always realise) but it's not happened yet. I managed to get hold of the consultants secretary who said have the blood test today anyway and ring her for results tomorrow then she will let me know what to do

@Marvellouslymadmum fingers crossed! I assume you blood test will show you haven't ovulated and they might want to scan/monitor you on the next cycle.

I'm 16DPO, temp has dropped again and I'm getting cramps so just waiting for the bleeding to start. I am a little annoyed that this cycle has been longer, not just because it completely trolled me, but because my likely ovulation next month will fall when I am visiting London with my mum... so no BD and no temping (I'll be sharing a hotel room with her)! I hope its not a wasted month!

@Kay00 I would think so or maybe they'll up the dose 🤔

@J90A don’t give up hope. You’ll get there. Are you on 4th cycle of clomid now? A lady at work told me it took her all 6 cycles before she fell pregnant.

If it doesn’t work ovulation wise for you will they up the dosage or try something else.

@Kay00 sad to hear your temp dropped but I guess you’re slightly relieved so you can just move on to a new cycle. Hoping it doesn’t fall when you visit your mum.

My bloods still didn't match the scan one Wednesday. I just had my scan today and I have one follicle at 16mm!! I'm shocked. Hopefully I do ovulate this month finger 🤞

I'm gona try the temping this month. I never manage to stick to it. I done it today and was 36.0. I'm usually always 36.2 is there a drop before the rise ? X

@J90A I don’t temp so I am unsure but 16mm sounds ovulation soon? Do OPK’s not work for you?

@Marvellouslymadmum when I didn't ovulate on clomid that's when they started scanning me. I was urine tracking before so I've you've not them hopefully you will get that! Xx

I've heard a few stories of people who clomid has worked for on cycle 6 so it's totally possible!

@J90A yes you can get an ovulation dip, some do some don't, just make sure you take it at the same time every day and don't get out of bed first lol
What's urine tracking??

@Clomid1 opk are ok to indicate ovulation but they won't confirm it's definitely happened, only temps will do that. I personally have 3-4 peaks before I ovulate most months 🙄
