So I thought I would start a new thread as we reached 1k comments so can't post!!! @chloedancer897 @Luna1108 sorry will try tag others !
anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

@Marvellouslymadmum i was doing urine samples once a week freezing them and handing them in each month to check for ovulation. But by the time I handed them in and got the results my period had came so it was pointless lol. I had the 3rd cycle no ovulation so that's when they started the scans. Hopefully it's the same for you! Xx

@Marvellouslymadmum yh I agree they don’t confirm ovulation. However in the 2 years I used them I did find them very useful also I am useless at temping so this was way better for me.

@J90A sounds like an absolute nightmare. At least now you’re getting tracked properly.

Hi ladies. I usually just temp as it gives me a clear indication of whether I ovulated or not and go by CM before hand rather than the OPKs which I'm useless at!

Cd1 here. This will be my 3rd Clomid cycle amd my 1st unmonitored cycle. I'm going to start taking 25mg a day but im tempted to increase to 50mg for the last day or two, just for an additional boost.

@J90A ahh ok I didn't know they could check urine for ovulation! I doubt they'll do more scans, I could t get hold of the lady on Friday so will ring Monday to see what she says

@Clomid1 yes it does work for some, unfortunately for me it would be like ovulation roulette if I just trusted them 😂

@Kay00 I used to just temp but found some months it gave me a perfect indication and others it was useless on its own. But then I still get some months like this where I don't really know what's going on, you'll have to let us know what you decide and how it goes! Good luck

@Marvellouslymadmum yeah that's what they done with me I don't know what it is they check.

I'm in Tenerife and forgot to pack my thermometer 🤦‍♀️ prob best so I can enjoy without stressing about that. Had a lot of pains and pressure yesterday so hopefully it's been a follicle and not that cyst playing up again! I've got an appointment a week today to check for ovulation. So plenty bd this week and hope for the best!

I spoke to the secretary and she said my progesterone was 0.2 which I expected she said normally they would just wait for next month and see if I ovulate then and I said but I think I'm just ovulation late, around now so she agreed to send up a request for a second blood test this month, so I'm just waiting for ovulation to deffo be confirmed with temps and opk, had three high in a row and temp dipped now starting to rise again 🤞🏻🤞🏻 so hopefully I can go next week and get it tested again!

@Marvellouslymadmum that's good sounds promising ! What CD are you? The dr told me I should ovulate on Sunday so we Bd Saturday and Sunday. And wanted to Monday but my OH got so sunburnt we couldn't. 🤦‍♀️😂 now I'm worried I ovulated Monday and might have missed it! Xx

@J90A I'm cd26 today we've been dtd loads just don't want to run out if steam by the time I eventually ovulate!! It's difficult to know when you're not tracking. They originally thought I'd ovulate around day 14 then when I had my scan they said last Saturday but still not happened yet! Xx

Has anyone found they got really emotional on clomid? Sat here crying this morning because I'm unhappy with my weight 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm so frustrated with not knowing what my body is doing, I really don't think I'm going to ovulate at all, I've had 6 times where my Lh has gone right up but still no sustainable rise in temp

@Marvellouslymadmum I have been very emotional I don't know if it's the clomid/hormones or the journey as a whole. It's a total emotionally rollercoaster. Look after yourself. I always find as soon as I've started the nice cycle I feel good again. The end is always the worst. Thinking of you ❤️

I'm pretty sure I've ovulated I'm so moody it's unreal today. Must be the change in hormones. My poor OH. X

I had my blood test today and progesterone was 66.6? So it confirms ovulation. Of course I done a test as soon as I got in 🤦‍♀️😂 I'm about 7/8 DPO and BFN. I know it's way too early tho but still disappointed lol. Xx

@J90A I think the fact that I just keep getting up and down ovulation tests and not actually ovulating is what's making things worse, I'm now cd32 had a peak again yesterday 8th one now I think! So just hoping my temps now rise 🤞🏻
That's good you've ovulated, it's definitely too early so hopefully this could still be your month

@Marvellouslymadmum yeah it's the hope that builds then crashes down isn't it?

I've done a clear blue ultra early this morning as I'm due AF on Sunday/Monday and it says up to 6 days early. BFN. I think I'm about 10dpo. Feeling deflated. Losing hope. Xx

@J90A it's hard not to be! I rarely use pregnancy tests, I learned a long time ago that staring at that blank bfn was way worse than not kmow long for me. I'm currently cd34 and still not ovulated 🙄 had such strong ovary twinges though

I know that's so true. I'm sometimes ok but this month I can't control myself. Ovary twinges is a good sign!! Xx

This totally TMI but I get sensitive nipples usually when I ovulate which I've had this month. And now it's gone. I'm assuming it's the progesterone so it must have dropped. I feel like this was our biggest chance we've had so far. I just done understand why it's not working. 😩 I'm really hating working in maternity now aswell. Even though I'm a secretary and done have direct contact I'm constantly consumed with pregnancy. I don't think I can do it anymore. I'm starting to wonder if I have endometriosis as well. Does anyone else have this. Xxx

@J90A high Lh again this morning but no temp rise still! I've seen alot if people take 6 months on clomid for it to work, I guess it's because you need a decent egg as well as to actually ovulate! I can totally understand it being difficult to be working in maternity. I have adenomyosis and suspected endometriosis as well

@Marvellouslymadmum oh no! Hopefully it happens soon. Whats your plan at the moment with the drs? I lost my thermometer I need to get a new one as it seems the most reliable. I have pcos. How were you diagnosed with Endo? I have some symptoms not all. My auntie had that though which is making me wonder. Xx

@J90A I've got three rounds of clomid to do this being the first, I've got another day 21 to do this month if I do eventually ovulate. If not carry on with the next and see what happens. Adenomyosis was confirmed via ultrasound endometriosis can only be confirmed by a laparoscopy which I haven't had yet as they're doing clomid first. But gp and nurses and other docs I've spoken to all think it's endo. I don't think anyone gets all the symptoms xx

@Marvellouslymadmum when's your next 21 day test? Ah ok. I've never had it mentioned to me before but I think I might have it. Im so disappointed. It's getting to the time of year when all 3 pregnant people in our family are gona give birth dec/jan and I'm still not gona be pregnant. So fed up now. I feel like this month was the highest chance we've had. Xx

So I've found my thermometer! And took my bbt this morning. At what point does the temperature drop if your not pregnant? Xx

@J90A I can just go to the hospital to have it done when I feel it's right so if I ever get confirmed ovulation I'll leave it 5-7 days then go. My brother and sister have both had children in the time we've been trying it's so frustrating.
Glad you found your thermometer, mine usually drops anywhere from the day of af to a couple of days before

@Marvellouslymadmum how you getting on now? I've been doing my temp the last few days I'm lost with it lol I'm due tomorrow. I've had bfn last one was Friday so I'm convinced I'm not but wanted to see the pattern for next month. So tracking still high today.

First one is 2/3 days before ov. The steep incline is when I lost the thermometer. Xx
