So I thought I would start a new thread as we reached 1k comments so can't post!!! @chloedancer897 @Luna1108 sorry will try tag others !
anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

I am waiting for my viability scan this week with the clinic after my BFP on round 4 - will report back of course!

@Clomid1 I'm good thanks much better mood today than yesterday. But I took a test in the morning BFN so I think that started it. I'm now CD31 15dpo I think? According to my app. I'm pretty certain I'm done for this month but still no sign of AF. How are you?

@s154 did you say your cycles became long at one point?

@adarkhorse so good to hear some positive news! How many weeks with you be?

@Clomid1 and I take my clomid in the morning and also get afternoon side effects! X

@adarkhorse meant to ask what dpo did you test at? X

@J90A my cycles actually got shorter, 30 days cycle 1 then 29 days cycle 2.

Hopefully it is good news if you are at 31 days and no period

@s154 ah did they. Maybe been someone else I thought I read. Cycle 1 was 27 days cycle 2 was 30 days. See what tomorrow brings BFN yesterday

@J90A do you track ovulation using opks or do you temp? Have you found clomid increased your cycle length? 15dpo and no AF is a good sign. I’ll stay hopeful

Clomid gave me a slightly earlier ovulation but nothing else really. I have a 28/29 day cycle.

@adarkhorse awww a bit of hope to keep us going. Good luck for the scan!

@Clomid1 I had very irregular cycle with no periods for months at a time. I do urine samples weekly with clomid and hand them in I'm nhs. They confirmed ovulating for the first two cycles. I've used opks on and off with clomid this cycle I tracked properly and got a positive opk at CD15 my app predicted ov at CD16 and I had ov pains that day (I think it's been at cd16 the months before) this is my current cycle...

@J90A - it would be week 7 I think… I promised myself that I would not test early ever again, but then obviously I did test 10dpo and had a faint positive!

@Clomid1 - thanks not getting my hopes up just yet, but finally getting somewhere it feels after too many BFN rounds…

@adarkhorse did you have any symptoms at 10dpo? Congrats xx

No symptoms at all - I had a pregnancy before and had symptoms right away! Bit nauseous now though.

@adarkhorse lovely to hear from you and to hear everything is going well so far 😊

I took my 1st 50mg tablet of Clomid today and had zero symptoms which is good. Hopefully my scan in two weeks will show some activity 🤞

@J90A thats so weird that your LP is increasing. What was it like the last 2 cycles?
I am hopeful you’ll get a positive soon. I don’t understand why its delayed when you’ve ovulated.

My gynae recommended inositol for PCOS are you on that?

Had anyone got any children. I am ttc my first. 😞

@Clomid1 I didn't do anymore opks after that just that one, I've only been doing them at cD 10 ish until the surge. Still no sign of AF! CD 33 I'm going to test on Saturday if nothing happens. I got a positive opk and had the CM few days before. so I thought I had ovulated but I will find out from urine tracking in about 1-2 weeks so long! I'm convinced I'm not pregnant but I don't want to test because I'm a bubble of slight hope. Last BFN was Monday.

I take inositol ive used it for a while now was on and off to begin with but I'm certain it helped me get a cycle more often. Still irregular so not 100% it was that. I take myova brand but it's £32 for a min s supokh so quite pricey you could prob find it cheaper but it's got 4000mg in a daily dose. The brand is especially made for pcos.

@s154 no symptoms what so ever!
The bfn on Monday has thrown me so I don't believe I could get a BFP. But I'm scared to test lol. It's my OH birthday on Sunday so I'm gona do a test on Saturday and if BFP I'll tell him Sunday if BFN then I will be sad that day so I feel better for the birthday lol. Xx

@J90A aah good luck keep us posted. I'm 12 DPO period due at some point this weekend but BFN today so I think I am out!!

@s154 good luck!! I tested at 14dpo and it was a BFN and still no af so don't give up yet. I posted on the app I use when I got mine and someone replied saying they had BFNs right up to CD 42 and she had just got a faint line! I don't know if shes assisted or just natural was a general group. X

@J90A I use one called inofolic alpha. It’s really expensive for what it is and tbh I see no difference. I’ve always had regular cycles. I know I’ve only had 1 cycle clomid but I think I put so much hope in that I don’t believe it will ever happen for me now 😞.

Unfortunately I have some weight to lose and lock down hasn’t made it easy so need to focus on that

@Clomid1 I'm the same pcos makes me put on weight really fast. I've joined slimming world so feeling good about getting back down. I put on 3 stone since pre Covid. 🤦‍♀️ ive lost. There is someone on this thread who got a BFP on cycle one so don't give up! Sorry I can't remember who?? Are you nhs or private do you get any monitoring? Xx

@J90A the NHS didn’t help me because I was in the obese category. Now in the overweight category so might help me. I am just doing these 4 rounds of clomid and then going back to the nhs. Hopefully can focus and lose some weight in that time.

Sorry I think I confused you. I am on my second round of clomid. On my first round I was so sure it would work but it did nothing so I am gutted. I guess now I feel like it would never work?

No monitoring just prog tests to confirm ovulation.

I know what you mean about putting on weight due to covid it is a nightmare 😞

@Clomid1 oh yes so you are! Did you ovulate? I know you said you have regular cycles does that mean you were ovulating previously? There's so many variants of symptoms with pcos isn't there.

If your problem is ovulating like mine was and 50mg doesn't work there is higher doses and there is also more things to do then ivf. You will get there somehow ❤️

Im also in obese range but it may be different in Scotland. I think there is a cut off when it gets to ivf though. X

@J90A my gynae said I didn’t but I have a 10 day LP and ovulate on day 19 and I kept telling him day 21 is too early. The test came back as 25 and he went oh it needs to be 30 to say you ovulated so you didn’t. But I think I did. This time day 21 confirmed ovulation because I ovulated on day 17.

I hope it doesn’t come down to ivf sounds very intense
