So I thought I would start a new thread as we reached 1k comments so can't post!!! @chloedancer897 @Luna1108 sorry will try tag others !
anyway my app says af in 4 days I'm so emotional today! Over thinking even thinking is it right for my and partner to go forward together! I know I could test but I'm just not mentally prepared too 😢

I've not tested yet I can test on Sunday but I don't think I am going to be pregnant. Just wondered if I should start crying then or wait a few days 😂😂

How is everyone doing?

CD8 here, had a follicle tracking scan this morning, but sadly not much happening - loads of small follicles, one 10mm and one 12mm… got to go back on Monday for another one. I hate my PCOS body!

I took a test today negative but I was too early I don't even know why I did it couldn't help myself lol. Xx

BFN. Clomid is working and in ov so I don't understand why it's not working feeling so down this week. Is anyone else getting treatment through nhs in Scotland? I'm only getting urine samples done every 4 weeks. No scans

@J90A - how many rounds of Clomid have you done so far? It is a numbers game too.

I didn’t have any monitoring other than a blood test on round 1 either with the NHS (in England). This is why I now went private after 3 failed rounds (I had a successful pregnancy on Clomid before I should add).

@J90A I’m sorry to hear that. But don’t give up until af arrives!

I went private from the get go as we hadn’t been trying a year yet but I felt something was wrong. We’re now coming to 18 months TTC, so I was right!

My monitoring was 2 cycles of scans/bloods and then once they were happy with the dosage they gave me prescriptions and let us get on with it. This month is the last one though 😔 so a week today I’ll know if I’m definitely headed for ivf.

Don’t think I’ll get nhs funding though because of my terrible numbers so my chances are totally dismal.

@adarkhorse have you been trying long this time? Sorry if you’ve already said! It’s great that you know it’s worked before though.

@adarkhorse it's my second cycle but because I ov both times I thought it would have worked by now.

@Luna1108 thanks it was an early test so there is still hope but not much. Xxx

I'm on my 4th round of clomid and still nothing. Hopefully I don't get my AF this month!

@J90A - I mean there’s always hope… they said to me that you can do up to 6 cycles, but obviously it’s depends on age etc. I decided to move on after the third round as cycles where a bit too long for ovulation to be likely (although OPKs seemed positive?). But if I would have had normal length cycles and positive OPKs, I probably would have done 3 more tbh.

@Luna1108 - I have done 3 cycles to TTC#2, on the NHS no monitoring. I have just moved onto injections for ovulation induction privately - hopefully they will work well and I can then do 4 cycles (hopefully not needed) before considering IUI/IVF.

@Raindrop25 - so sorry, that’s frustrating! Fingers crossed. Any plans on moving on yet?

@adarkhorse I think I'm going to wait another 2 months because I'm so adamant that clomid will happen for me!! Haha

I’m CD16… I have random question when did people that have been pregnant before feel symptoms… obviously I have zero but I was just wondering as never been pregnant. Have blood work this Wednesday check progesterone. Cycle 6 so I don’t know any realistic chance of clomid just suddenly working at this stage

@adarkhorse that interesting, I was never offered injections! I’ll be jumping straight to IVF as they said IUI wouldn’t be much use as the issue is me, not my husband. I’m not looking forward to it at all. I’m hoping this month was the month, managed it on the last go lol.

@Shelleybe I’m CD20. Test day is Sunday so will try my best to hold out lol. How are you? Any updates?

@J90A how long are your cycles? You’ve still got a chance if your bfn was CD25. How many DPO are you?

@Raindrop25 I was so sure it would work first time, it’s so disappointing each month!

@Luna1108 yes i done a test that says up to 6 days before a missed period I think I'm due on Friday ! Xx

@Luna1108 I’m going to test prob Monday as have my next vaccine the Tuesday. They didn’t want to do first vaccine as they said anyone trying shouldn’t be getting it just in case. Aww I’ll have all crossed for you on Sunday…

Does anyone know much about progesterone levels? I had them tested yesterday and rang for my result today. For the past 2 months it's been 45, and this month is 85, could this be a good sign?

@Luna1108 - I think the injections are not used that much really because they are quite expensive and often Clomid will do the trick if at all. Plus I think the risk for multiples is even higher, especially with PCOS. But the consultant was quite confident that they could help in my case before considering IVF, also because I already had a successful pregnancy with ovulation induction via Clomid a few years ago. I just seem to be resistant to Clomid now…

I've got pains in my left again where I get it with ov and was my ovary last month. (It stopped after last ov time cD15 ish) it's back again after a week and 4 days before my period can this be a sign of af? I'm not used to getting periods regularly. Xxx

I caved and done another early test was negative and the pains in my side are more often now which I get with a period. I'm gutted I've ov both cycles so I just don't understand why it's not worked. I'm soo down this week (pms not Helping) and got a baby shower on Sunday. Never wanted a baby this much as I do now. Feeling very very fed up with life.

@J90A - I am so sorry! I know exactly how you feel :( it’s so frustrating… and yes, stuff like baby showers is what nightmares I made from.

My bloods and OPKs said I was ovulating on Clomid, but it just didn’t work on rounds 1-3 (and my cycles were suddenly slightly long). Not a clue why… especially because Clomid worked like a spell before for me!

In the end, that’s why I went private to get the scans and see what’s going on (or not). But it might still work for you? I am a bit older (37), so I felt like I didn’t have too much time to play around with…
