Thankyou @Viletta that does give a glimmer of hope. I've had a breakdown on DH who said if it'll help we could test tonight, but I don't want to until at least tomorrow.

The cramps are more noticeable tonight and defo feel like my usual. But we'll see 😔

I’m so cold I could cry! Been freezing since last night and haven’t warmed up since. I can feel my bones shivering from within out. Please tell me that a good sign, something’s telling me it’s not! Xx

Thanks for all the good luck messages! 😍 I'm bricking it! 🙈 Been feeling a bit off today. Bloated again and permanently hungry - so difficult to know if it's a good sign or just my body needing AF to get a move on! Xx

Sorry I have been so quite this last week after my BFN. I have decided to do a follow up appointment which is this Thursday to discuss options. Reading back through the thread, can people give me some info on Q10 or DHEA supplements? Just need to think of everything before my appointment.
Congratulations on everyone with their BFP and hoping everyone like me with BFN have plans in place as it can take you into a dark place. Support is best, even though it does feel so raw at the moment.
Advice on supplements appreciated.

@Viletta today I'm 9 days past 5 day transfer. So if AF doesn't show by Thursday I'll test in the morning. I just know it's negative though in my heart.

@Pinkstars2501 I would test day on day 12th just to be certain. If af comes test as well. You never know it might work even with bad cramps!

I was taking 200mg of CoQ10 for about 8 months before @41trying and I decided not to go there with the DHEA (didn't like the sound of the contraindications/adverse effects). Please let us know how you get on with the next steps on Thursday.x

I honestly felt like AF was coming @QuantumGirl! In hindsight, I'd had a little dull ache on my lower right hand side that kept coming and going, but I thought that was from where the transfer catheter had grazed my endometrium 🤷‍♀️ I was bloated, my boobs had stopped hurting (at the time), I was very mildly queasy (thought it was the progesterone) and I had to have an afternoon nap on the Sunday (OTD 2 days later). Our little embie was a 4AA too, so hopefully yours will be just as lucky 🍀 🤞🍀🤞🍀

My cramps have ramped up over night and I've started spotting very slightly too, so I'll get a test for the morning but I think it's pretty much a done deal that it's failed tbh.
My husband says you never know until you know so let's just cross it when we come to it, but It's so hard to remain positive for OTD when I can feel it (literally) slipping away.

Anyway, enough negative nelly. Good luck to today's testers 😊

@Pinkstars2501 I'm still keeping everything crossed for you. I've had cramps on/off for a fortnight and got my BFP in the middle so it can just be bodies. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I just poas so I was prepared for blood result yesterday. Shoved straight back in packet and too scared to look now 😱. My cramps are worse too and I feel really jittery.

I mean today. Brain is mush!

@Pinkstars2501 lots of people have cramps and even heavy bleeding and it's still a viable pregnancy just more things sent to try us!
I am trying to put it all to the back of my mind, easier said than done when I have to insert a progesterone pessary 3 x per day! Busy few days at work now which will help. We test on the 16th..eleven million days away!
