Well update i didnt need to change my trigger shot woohoo so gettin egg retrieval 2morro morning😟did any of you find it really painful afterwards im bricking it!

@CloudsSway what a horrendous morning hun thats ridiculous if ppl just did their jobs right it would stop half of the stress id b soo annnoyed if i was you im pretty sure my clinic took the files from gp seen i had an mmr jag and it was fine maybe im getting confused

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF its not over yet everything crossed for you❤ @VenusStarr sorry your feeling down i get the lack of compassion thing 100% im really disappointed in the way my sister has treated me through all of this its just get on with it type of attitude very sad @BambiOnIce80 losing sanity a bit day by day too lol im laughin cause if i dnt i ll cry ive been invited to a baby shower just after my tww i dnt want to go i just want to b left alone atm but i feel like i cant get out of it. I feel like everyone will b lookin at me which i know is totally insane sorry for the10 posts in a row lol but my fone keeps postin too early and i need a mega rant!

Rant away @2fingers22018! 😤😉 Definitely better out than in 🙂 I'm quite lucky in that my group of friends haven't embraced the whole baby shower phenomenon, so at least haven't had to run that gauntlet 😏 And excellent news on the trigger shot of EC tomorrow! 🤩 I'll be giving my nurse specialist hell whilst you're getting your EC done! 😄 My doc told me that I'd need the day of and after EC off, although just because of the anaesthetic I think rather than being in pain (at least I hope so!). Keeping everything crossed for a good haul of eggs for you 🤞🏻 🍀 🤞🏻 🍀

I hate baby showers too!! And we do them all the time at work.

Can I join in, I have been on daily menopur injections for 6 weeks and hopefully Friday will be the day I get a trigger shot to release the egg. We are doing timed intercourse.

I know its unlikely that it will work first time but I have a small amount of hope. Last week was really tough as the scans hurt alot and I was so miserable because nothing was happening.

I test r on Monday guys. Having odd pains all this week. The progesterone has given me lots of side effects so I’m not sure either way.
Sorry to here @FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF - you do here of people who didn’t get results untill the day or a positive hcg!

I'm so tired today, forced myself to go swimming, took over an hour to get there, was very tempted to just keep driving home. Just resting on the sofa with a little glass of wine. Hope everyone is OK xx

@venusstarr think you should upgrade your glass of wine... sounds like a hard day for both of you. I'm sorry you aren't getting the compassion you should be getting from your family... It is a big deal and you are completely justified in your feelings, you are also entitled to have days where you feel good and I hope you have a lot more of those coming up but in the meantime we are all with you!xx ps thanks for the heads up on joker, might skip for now...!

@GreyC and @CloudsSway glad im not the only 1 cheers for the support girls! @VenusStarr i feel like ive had it a lot easier than sum ppl with it being short protocol injecting for months must be hell! Its the rushing to and from hospts back n forth to work not to mention all the extra hormones. Im honestly soo grateful ive only been injecting for bout a fortnight.

@2fingers22018 good luck today chick! You will do great! And it isn’t down there that hurts just a bit off when weeing it’s just inside really but I went back to work the next day it was a bit uncomfortable and bloated but fine xx

Still a bfn for me blood test is tomorrow! Dh has really taken it hard don’t know what to do with him! Xx

@CloudSway not sure yet he is still at work! No he not and no we will get the results at some point tomorrow afternoon! I’m ok getting a bit emotional! This was the last one we can do for 18 months so it’s a big kick in the gut! We may do another egg collection next year and freeze them! I don’t know know we haven’t talked about it yet!
