Hi all, feeling a bit stronger today. Had a call from the hospital this morning, I am having a pre-op for the hysteroscopy next Wednesday (haven't got my letter yet), no date yet for the operation but hoping it's not long. I also called the rmc yesterday afternoon and they have received our referral, just waiting for our letter to be signed off 🙏 I think having no milestones, no dates to look forward to (other than our due date which is in a few weeks 💔) it's really hard.

In other news I swam 50 lengths again today :)

@VenusStarr glad you are feeling a bit stronger today and well done on all the lengths!! Good stuff about your pre op aswell! I’m ok just wishing the days to hurry up so I can see my lining (never thought I’d say that!) and hopefully then plan for et am a bit scared though as they are defrosting my two day threes to see if they get to blastocyst on day 5 and are hopefully good quality and one will be refrozen and one will be transferred so extra wort this time!

Trigger tonight at 10pm; buserelin at 7pm as usual tonight (nothing tomorrow yasssss!!)

My lining is 12mm (I think that’s the units!) so double what they require and my follicles are all good. Fingers crossed I get some golden eggs

@VenusStarr well done you!! yep, as the other ladies have said, you're amazing!@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF @veeboo doing ok thanks. Due on tomorrow so we'll see. Only symptoms are feeling tired and hungry but that could be a sign of AF as much as anything else!!

Im feeling ok about the retrieval thank you @VenusStarr. Nervous but ready if that makes sense. It was lovely to not have to do any injections last night aswell. Hoping my 5/6 follicles have eggs inside them 💕
10am is my appointment

Good morning ladies and thanks for the shout @VenusStarr☀ We have our initial consultation coming up on Monday and I should find out my AFC then (AMH will be taken too, but that can take 2 weeks to come back 🙄). My acupuncturist reckons the AFC and AMH generally reflect each other though, so we should have a clearer picture about if IVF is on or off the table on Monday 🔮 Either way, I'm looking forward to the wait being over! Well done on all your swimming lengths 🏊 You must be in great shape 💪🏻x

How's the pup hunting going @2fingers22018? 🐕 I've got to take my furry first born to the vets in an hour to have the snip ✂️🙀 I'm feeling so anxious that I'm wondering if it'd be just as well if we don't go ahead with IVF if I'm feeling this worried about a kitten!! 😰

@VenusStarr So af came this morning tried fonin the hospital for my cd2 or cd3 scan and what a run around its been! Foned the 1st number then got told to fone the nurse the nurse says fone reception im beyond annoyed now and ive left a message asking the nurse to call me back!! Im tryin to catch up on everyone else x

@2fingrtd2018 sorry af arrived and that you are struggling to sort your appointment that’s all you need!

So I had my scan lining is good at 11.6mm which means I can stop injections and start the pessaries tomorrow! Et is next wed super nervous and excited!

@GreyC hope egg collection went smoothly and fingers crossed for some good quality eggs.

@squirrelnutkins1 thanks for asking. I’m feeling a lot better thanks. Back to work next week which I think will be a shock to the system (still tired). Due my period but no signs so suspect may be delayed with having been so unwell. Then can start a FET cycle

Everything went fine - the easiest step so far haha! Apparently I was chatting about my dogs for like half an hour. But don’t remember anything. Feeling ok. 4 eggs out of 5 follicles so I’m chuffed with that. Embryologist said as it’s not many they will donICSI as planned. They said some women get 30 and get no embryos some get two and have great embryos I’m hoping mine turn into great ones and feeling positive due to my age they are!
Now onto the waiting. Keep your fingers crossed ladies that mine turn into a baby embryo 💕

Xx @FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF its ridiculous they still havent foned me bak and i need the appt 2morro because theyr closed over the wkend i know theyr prob understaffed but its soo badly organised gd thing im off work 2morro or it wouldve been a nightmare tryin to get time off..glad ur lining looked gd x @BambiOnIce80 aww i was the same with my dog theyr like ur baby tho its soo stressful when they need an op, i got a little dog but shes not settling in very well fx she will in time tho x

@2fingers; is this for your ivf? How frustrating for you!!
I was lucky mine was with a separate private clinic so they open at weekends.
Have you heard anything?

@GreyC yh supposed to b gettin a scan on cd2 or cd3 and starting meds theyve still not foned me bak. Im like this honestly cant be normal protocol what about ppl working etc how can you plan anything! Im gettin very angry now with how im being treated. If they fone me bak and say theyv got no appts now cause theyv took soo long getting bak to me i will be complaining i foned them at 8 o clock this morning.
