My DH is back tomorrow after all the drama with hurricane so we will tell everyone yayy could only get flights into Gatwick and I never realised how much furtheR it was, was busting for a wee when I arrived and then two mins later the fire alarm went off , please let this not be a sign this weekend I need something to run smoothly!

@Welshpugmomma I'm so pleased your DH is back! Yay! So happy for you. Are you 'just' going around telling people or do you have a big family party where you're going to announce it? So excited for you!

Im going to gate crash my cousin's babies 1st birthday to tell my aunty and uncle and cousins and hope they won't be to peed off (tbh it was his actual bday last week) and we're a close family so hoping they will just be happy :) others we will ring together or facetime...and everyone else will just get a message maybe with a cute photo ;) There just won't be enough time in 24 hours to see everyone sadly and I might want to hog him for myself anyway lol!

@Welshpugmomma they managed to measure the neck face down. It seemed a big measurement but within range. I think. But now I am considering NIPT blood test after if was so naughty. It literally just stayed face down. The picture is blurry and rubbish. Waste of £5 😂

Haha lucky me the machine was broken ;) ah that is a bit of a pain about having to think about the NIPT just because the scan wasn't quite right, I'm literally so unnerved by the hospital I went to that they were so disorganised they may not even ring me if something wasn't right. I'm probs just worrying .. but it was so crap there :/

I know what you mean I feel nervous now about telling everyone but I go to the us in two weeks so just wanted people to know before I vanish :)

@Welshpugmomma they said to me they will send a letter? At least you will be under US care soon. Do you need insurance for it? I suppose you do unless you fancy paying out!

@KittyKatSmile just wondering if our migraines could be linked to coming off eostrogen? I'm on day two now. When I'm on the pill I get headaches and migraines in the pill break when my eostrogen drops. Just a thought with us both weening off.

@KittyKatSmile aaww it's dog poo that you still have your migrane!! With regards to your mutant clown baby i'm going to see IT tomorrow so I will report back and let you know of any warning signs to look out for. What's Acupuncture like? I've booked in a few sessions for this cycle and go next week. Where do they stick them in IVF? My friend made a joke and asked "oh god they don't stick them on your vagina do they?" I bloody hope not hahaha!!

@AliciaWhiskers Hello! How are you feeling today? I'm 34...35 in May next year :-)

So today is day 2 of shooting up on the sweet, sweet Menopur :-) I went for my scan on Wed and they said due to my body not passing everything after the early MC I my lining was still a little thick so had to wait a couple more days....fingers crossed!! I felt like I passed all my internal organs so should be good ha!

What are you all up to this weekend? Talking of cake i'm sat trying to get my cake business up and running again now i'm feeling more positive. Both baking and eating cake makes me happy :-)

@BellaD85 you sound so happy you lovely girl. I also had acupuncture during IVF and I really liked it. They put them in your abdomen, your legs and occasionally your ears and your head. You hardly feel them really. For me it was just a lovely warm nap....! The one I saw today was great and so lovely. She was so kind to me and said she couldn't believe what I'd gone through (I never really think of it like that, I just keep on keeping on) so it must be galling to now be hit with these headaches.

@Ginandtonic31 I think it must be hormone related somehow but I came off the oestrogen ages ago, I think around week 10 so that would be very delayed.

And speaking of barrel covers, my mum is making a cover for her BBQ; do you want me to see if she can knock something up for you??

With @BellaD85's recommendation in mind, I think I'm going to go and eat cake. And then come back home and knit!! Do you want to see some of the monstrosities I've made? Promise these are only for my baby. Girls, I'll make lovely things for all of yours.

Even though I won't have a bump at least they might fit my arms and things. I'll keep you updated. Just about to try and get up now so might move to the sofa with the iPad and have a look!

@KittyKatSmile aww thank you for your nice comment, I'm doing my best to just have positive vibes this time as I got so down last time and it did weird things to my self esteem and confidence....I WILL NOT let it do the same again this time!!!!!! I'm glad that you had a good time with your lady today and I hope that it helps with the migrane (fingers crossed!) Oh well that's a relief that there is no pins in the vagina action! Not too sure how I feel about the being stuck I my ears but I guess they know best! Yes do eat some cake!!!! It's the best remedy for everything :-) I'm baking a pink gin themed drip cake today, I'll send you all a pic when i'm done :-) I VERY MUCH want to drink the gin though.....but I won't. I will just continue to just stare at it and imagine just how good it tastes. YES I would LOVE to see some of your knitting! I'm partial to home knit baby stuff and always buy it for my friends....hopefully me one day!

@Ginandtonic31 when you say "move to the sofa" where are you? I hope somewhere comfortable ha! I think there's loads of stuff out there now, I get adds all the time on FB because I have googled every pregnancy related thing there is out there. I'm sure you will find something lovely :-) If not then there is always the festival barrel cover above made my Mother KittyKatSmiles :-)

@BellaD85 so glad to see you looking so cheerful! Re. The question about acupuncture, it's totally fine. I had it when trying naturally and fell preg (but mc) 3 months later. The needles don't hurt...in fact, you don't feel them. I had some put in my wrist, ear, foot, waist and also some around my hips. None you know where!

@Welshpugmomma so glad your husband is back! I remember you saying before the transfer you wouldn't see him until september and it seemed ages away...it's come around so quickly!

So sorry I have been quiet on here lately. Been really busy back at work after the summer holidays and doing lots of exercise in my spare time. I feel like I've been taking a mental break from it all and to be honest, I feel great for it!
