@PonyPals that's really good news. Fingers crossed x

Liverpool19 · 15/05/2018 12:37

winnie once that first scan is out the way it’s better. I was ok until I had the little bit of bleeding then went into panic. But I’m relaxed again now.

@liverpool sorry to hear you’ve had a stressful few days but so pleased all ok for you - fingers crossed that good karma keeps doing the rounds ay!

@jane that sounds really frustrating for you - just wish there was an instant way of us knowing in these early days.

I’m lucky my clinic didn’t mess around and just offered the bloods the minute I told them about the bleeding. Just 1.5 more days to get through with the wait now.

Fab news @ponypals and very exciting for your first scan @winnie not long to wait now!

Hoppy1985 · 15/05/2018 19:35

I'm so out of the loop!

@Janefx40 enormous congratulations to you!! So lovely to come on and hear your news. Just shows there's always hope no matter what "figures" clinics give you!

@Liverpool19 glad all is well after your scare

@Winnie56 good luck for your scan

@PonyPals that's a brilliant number to have fertilised! Yay 😊

@Starlumiere good to hear you're in a good place!

@Elly1685 I'm two and a half weeks after MC and my insane skin is still clearing up. I'm guessing it's the effect of suddenly stopping the meds!

swimchick1980 · 16/05/2018 06:01

Wow, so much news!

Liverpool, your little one really is putting you through the mill, but how wonderful all is ok.

PonyPols, brilliant numbers and keeping everything crossed for your transfer.

Jane, amazing news, just fantastic! You were right to go with your instincts. Wishing you a highly uneventful pregnancy.

Winnie, fingers crossed for your scan, it does feel like forever before it comes around.

Star, sounds like you've been having an exciting time travelling and best of luck foe your cycle, it is coming round fast.

Hoppy, Hope you're doing ok.

All going well here. Had my scan yesterday and my little one is looking for. I can't tell you how relieved we were. He/she performed and got all the necessary measurements done. 13w5d today so due date of 16 Nov. Got some lovely pics art the scan. DH actually believes it is happening now and has started talking to the (not insubstantial!) bump. Will be nice to start telling people but i am enjoying just me and DH knowing!

swimchick1980 · 16/05/2018 06:01

P.s. Sorry if i forgot anyone. Sending good luck wishes to all 🍀

Beetroot01 · 16/05/2018 10:00

I am thrilled with good news and sad for sad news.
Have been on holiday so needed to catch up. I haven't heared from clinic or hospital so rang on monday to hospital and looks like they don't know what is going on (or forgot to send my details to clinic). This waiting is driving me mad :(

Liverpool19 · 16/05/2018 10:12

So happy for you swim amazing news.
star it’s all go for you too, your next round will be here before you know it! Fingers crossed for you.
Oh beetroot how annoying for you. Keep on at them.
hoppy I hope your ok, and you too elly

This little one is certainly giving us the run around. At least I can sort of give answers to anyone on here that experiences (hopefully not anyone) the same!

Hope everyone else is ok if I’ve missed anyone!

Xx

PonyPals · 16/05/2018 11:22

Wow @swimchick1980 November 16 is my DS birthday! Congrats in getting through this amazing milestone.

My transfer is on Saturday.

Janefx40 · 16/05/2018 14:21

@swimchick1980 lovely to hear from you. Glad things are going well.

@Winnie56 I can understand you being nervous. Glad the bloods have confirmed you've still got something going on tho! Fx

@PonyPals Saturday is a great day for a transfer. Will be keeping fingers crossed for your embies.

@Starlumiere Thank you. I'm enjoying the experience but also trying not to look too far beyond today. There is a long way to go. Of course I am also massively anxious and analysing every twinge. Early pregnancy seems to be just like an extended 2WW so far for me!! But I am trying hard to be zen and appreciate having got this far.

Glad you are enjoying your jetsetting.

@Blondie84 Hoping you get good news today

@Hoppy1985 Lovely to hear from you. Hope you're ok xx

@Beetroot01 Sorry you're being given the run around. Definitely chase. Waiting is tough.

Xxx

Beetroot01 · 16/05/2018 22:41

Thank you ladies for your kind words Wink

Janefx40 · 17/05/2018 09:01

Have come into the clinic for an hcg blood test today. The nurse said to just show up so I have - there wasn't even anyone on reception so I had no one to tell why I was here. Hoping this doesn't confuse the system.

Terrified. Part of me doesn't want to know if things have gone wrong. But I know I have to find out sometime and I'm not up for waiting 4 weeks. I don't want to take 4 weeks of progesterone and estrogen unnecessarily.

They will call me back later today. Cross fingers for me.

Hope everyone else is ok xxx

Beherenow32 · 17/05/2018 09:12

@Janefx40 I know I’ve not been on this thread, but just wanted to say good luck with your results. I hope that you are keeping well too xx

Winnie56 · 17/05/2018 11:51

Hi ladies
Just came back from my scan. It's in the right place and they were able to see he heart beat. I'm 7 weeks today but it's measuring as 6 weeks.
Nurse didn't seem too concerned as there is so little in it at this stage. They were positive because they were about To see a heart beat xx

PonyPals · 17/05/2018 11:59

Good luck @Janefx40 let us know what they say.
@Winnie56 that's an excellent scan Smile

Janefx40 · 17/05/2018 12:03

@Winnie56 I'm so pleased. What a relief. Aren't you clever managing to grow a little embie with a heartbeat! Sometimes I think we forget what a miracle all this is

Xxx

Winnie56 · 17/05/2018 14:11

Thank you. So worried about it being a week behind. And trying my hardest not to google things about it.

I do feel a lot better now I know there is a heartbeat.

Janefx40 · 17/05/2018 15:19

@Winnie56 I've read so much online from people saying the embie measured less than ideal and then it was all fine in the end. I think the heartbeat is the main thing.

Got my hcg levels back and they are fine. So I'm feeling relieved. Though it was the mardy nurse who called and she thinks I'm a nightmare for insisting on an hcg test and has refused to give me any more!!

Xxx

Blondie84 · 17/05/2018 15:25

Wow you got your results quickly @jane! That is brilliant news. @winnie so lovely to hear about your scan too.

I had my hcg results back half hour ago & its ok. I can’t quite believe it, I’m a shaky, blubbering mess! This day has officially been the worst moment of the whole IVF process for me - i’d happily go back to the injections over this! Scan isn’t till the 4th June though which is going to feel a long old wait & I’m def going to be a bit more reserved until that point after this scare. I’m still bleeding which is freaking me out a bit but it’s very light & not red anymore so was told to just carry on as normal.

Thanks for all your kind words & support over the last week ladies. Can’t tell you how much help this forum has been!

Winnie56 · 17/05/2018 16:01

@Janefx40 and @Blondie84 that's good news on your hcg results. At least you know they are moving the way they should. Not going to lie waiting for the scan in worse then the tww.
But ..... as soon as you have it done you start counting down the next milestone the 12 week scan. It's never ending! I will never say to a pregnant woman again wow that's gone quick if I haven't seen them for a while.

Janefx40 · 17/05/2018 17:53

@Winnie56 I'm realising now this whole thing is just an extended two week wait!!! But with a few happy moments thrown in...

@Blondie84y clinic don't really do blood tests so they'll only give me one - which in some ways is a bit pointless as obviously it's the doubling that is important. But I do have a vague idea of where I was last week on the CB digital so can compare to today's result. And I may pay for a private blood test on. Monday to check the doubling over a few days.

But for now sounds like all three of us are happy xxx

Liverpool19 · 17/05/2018 19:39

Wow amazing news on here today!! So happy for you jane blondie winnie It makes all the stress worth while when you get news like this doesn’t it! Xx

Beetroot01 · 17/05/2018 23:06

@Jane, @Winnie, @Blondie I am so happy for you, such an amazing news xxx
