@winnie i think it depends on the amount of trigger you took? They say you lose so much hcg a day after your trigger. I guess you could test again tomorrow and see if the line gets lighter or darker - it’s so difficult isn’t it :( - I hope the line gets darker for you x

Thanks Elly. I did look it up and it said 14 days max after injection and today is the 14th day but everyone's metabolism is different.

Hunter I don't have exact results yet but I kept things as normal as possible after transfer including going back to work straight after. Have drank lots of water and eaten fairly healthy meals. I had a 5 day 4AA put back

winnie I didn’t do my test until 2 days before so I’d just do another in a few days.
hunter just keep doing what you are doing. Rest if you need too. eat healthy etc.

I’ve just had my scan. We have a heartbeat and the nurse said “everything looks perfect” I’m measuring exactly 8 weeks.

Thanks winnie and well done on your positive. Test again in 2 days as your levels are meant to double so your line should go darker.

I have had some red blood the last few days. Very light and no pain with it but I am worrying about it, my scan is Monday x

@Hoppy1985 I can understand why you are worried but red blood could mean nothing. There's a lot going on in there. fingers crossed for you.

@Hoppy1985 good luck in 2WW. I've no tips other than try not to go nuts - easier said than done.

Had scan this morning. Expecting to trigger tonight. EC Thursday. Quite nervous. Not as many follicles as last time so just hoping we get to transfer. Would love to have something to freeze too so we get another shot but maybe that is too much to ask for

I've just had a call back from the nurse and she said based on what I've described and the fact that I have had some light spotting since a couple of days after transfer (albeit more brown in colour before) she thinks it isn't anything to worry about unless it gets heavier and is accompanied by pain. So now the horrible wait until Monday Scan.

That’s reassuring hoppy I’ve had a bit of spotting since this morning which seems to be the norm for me whenever they do an internal 🤷🏼‍♀️

Massive congratulations liverpool!

Well I have had much transfer - it was fine, a bit uncomfortable and surreal but done! They put in a day 5 hatching blastocyst which I am told was good quality. Of the 15 eggs they collected, 12 fertilised and 11 made it to day 5. They have transferred one, freezing 5, and then watching the other 5 until tomorrow before freezing the stronger ones. I’ll get a letter in a week with total number of frozen embryos...! Couldn’t have asked for a better response.

Did any of you take burserelin/suprecur?

They gave it to me as my trigger shot (as I'm apparently now high risk for OHSS) and I immediately got a weird headache and have blurred vision. Panicking slightly.

@Janefx40 I had buselerin as my trigger shot too.. it made me feel s but lightheaded -don't panick!

Hello ladies, I don’t know if it’s ok to join? I’m probably a bit behind most people as I can’t start next lot of treatment until June. We are unexplained infertility, TTC >3 years (lost count of the exact time!). X1 ICSI earlier this year which resulted in a probable ectopic. Hoping to start FET in June, have our coordination appt end of May. We are on a treatment hiatus due to the methotrexate used to treat the ectopic. Im so impatient to get started again! X

Sunday. I still feel very apprehensive about being happy and excited as it's not test day yet but definitely can't be the trigger.

I don't think my clinic checks does blood tests to check hcg levels they just do a scan at 7-8 weeks.

Did anyone else have these done and do you think it's beneficial to do it? I don't mind going to a private clinic and paying.

I didn’t have any blood tests just my scan at 8 weeks. I just done about 4 extra pregnancy tests 😂 winnie x
