Had another stim scan today. I have reacted more now to the drugs and they have lowered my dosage over the weekend. Been told to drink more water and eat more protein.
Final scan hopefully will be on Monday. I'm not bloated at all today. Apart from the odd twinge and a headache I feel good

@Liverpool19 Hi 😀 I just had my second beta. My Hcg has gone from 61 to 920 which they are happy with. She has arranged a scan to hear heart beat on Monday 23rd April.

Oh brilliant becky your scan is the day before mine ☺️ Good news for you too winnie I was drinking between 2/3 litres of water a day.

milly I have both my tubes and both are blocked so aren’t useful to me either. Ivf worked for me first cycle (currently waiting for an 8 week scan) I wouldn’t worry about the tube side of things as jane says don’t read to much into things. Be positive about ivf 🙌🏼 Xx

Hi ladies, hope you are all doing okay. We've got our scan on Monday which I can't wait for to see how things are progressing. Hopefully all is good and I'll start on the Menopur from Tues!
Hi @Milly1986 I was told my AMH was low for my age (I'm 29) at 4.2 but my clinic don't seem too concerned by this and are still putting me on the standard dosages of the drugs for our first cycle.
Just got back from a well needed night in the Lake District with our Labrador, did us the world of good as I don't know about anyone else but my hubby and I have found this all pretty stressful and we've been bickering loads this past week!! Was lovely to get away for a bit of R&R x

@becky114 @Liverpool19 thank you, over the moon (and now terrified,but good terrified!). I was worried it still looked faint, but I've never done one before so don't know what it'll supposed to look like!

@Hoppy1985 it doesn't look too light hun, test in 72 hours and it will likely get darker. Do you get a blood test? If it makes you feel better mine was even lighter and I'm deffo pregnant lol xxx

Hoppy1985 haha trust me, you won’t belive it until the end. First u waiting for test then bloods then scan then another one.. it’s like nothing can prove it until you hold he baby 😅 probably even then u will think u r dreaming

@milly1986 I can reiterate what ppl say about AMH, it is used as an indicator of egg reserves & how they might respond to the drugs so yes the doctors/nurses may tell you that that you may her lower egg numbers than average, that’s true, HOWEVER it’s quality that is more important which it doesn’t indicate & the doctors will most likely give u a higher dosage of drugs straight away to try & boost the stimulation of your eggs so it’s helpful for that. But that’s it....don’t read more into it. I had/& have a low AMH of 2.1 for my age of egg collecting at 32 & this year at 33, but last year we got 2 high quality embryos, 1 is now growing in my best friend as a surrogate at over 24 weeks pregnant from a day 3 frozen transfer. We just did another round of egg collecting & freezing for the future & have 2 day 5 high quality embryos & the other day 3 left from before. All from my AMH of 2.1, you have blocked tubes/no tubes but science could give you that help to navigate around them pesky tubes!! 😁don’t worry xx
