Minster Loving the gindog pictures and the fact she's a princess!! I know 7th march will come round quick! Thanks for the pep talk I know I shouldn't moan about no symptoms but feeling something would ease my mind.

We have a conservatory being added atm and it's blimin freezing in the house as we only have a single glazed door and window between the kitvhen and outside brrrrrrrr! It''' be worth it tho

Survived EC this morning, it wasn't too bad and staff at the clinic are all so lovely.. They got 21 eggs, I'm so pleased - was more than they were expecting. Likelihood is some are immature but gives us a really good starting point.

Well done @swimchick1980 sorry I didn't say good luck to you too earlier!!! 21 eggs? You are a machine - good work. Drink drink drink and, as I said before, no foods that will bloat you. Even if the eggs aren't all mature there will be plenty that are with that number.

Yay, @swimchick1980 that’s awesome 21 brilliant, now it’s the really nerve racking bit, waiting for the phone calls I hated but it’s all part of the process, try and do whatever might relax you and I hope that brownie hit the spot! Everything crossed that as many fertilise as possible 💕😁

Thanks @Minster2012. Got the first call this afternoon to say they've injected 18 of them (we're doing ICSI due to low sperm count). Due another call tomorrow morning and then all going well, ET on Wednesday. I've got lots to keep me busy with this weekend, thank goodness.

So i had a shitty day 🤦🏻‍♀️ To carry on the conversation about our OH assholes-of course we had argument. Not the best day to be upset huh? But u want to be taken care of and appriciated but end up with F All. He went for a nap with no worries in the world and I am sitting sulking 😢 also this morning we had to be there 10.30 and guess what? All trains were messed up and I was running late.. the stress 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was hysterical trying to find a cab and I couldn’t. My card hasn’t been updated for uber so managed to get through my friend and she got us Car. So got there 10 min late.. it’s really one messed up transfer 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ But it’s done and now all I can do is wait..

Im going through my first ivf cycle to conceive first baby after ttc for 3 years on and off following chemical pregnancy in may 2014.

Have been lurking until now, (recently named changed after asking question about employer) been meaning to join in sooner and joining a bit late into the cycle . i had my egg collection today and they retrieved 8 eggs. Feeling ok just soreness setting in and feeling drowsy. Will leave it at that for now for intro

Anyways )) welcome. I felt fine after egg collection apart from throwing up on the way home, not much pain. Next day woke up all good but mid day fainted in the bathroom and was sick again, so make sure u not alone xx

Glad i could make you laugh awww thanks for the welcome. I did have some nasuea straight after egg collection the nurses made sure i rested and took it easy and looked after me until they felt i was ok to leave. Had no nasuea since. Soreness has set in so i think what i was given has worn off it is even sore to cough. Also hope its not tmi but bleeding a little.

I will keep that in mind to take it easy tommorow too, My hubby is with me and has been all day thanks for your concern

@herewegoagain18, we're EC buddies, i had mine yesterday too. I do feel quite tender but not too bad. Hope you a good number fertilised. I just got my call and we have 13 - hope it won't be unlucky 13 for us.......🤞

Hello everyone!! Sorry for my lack of replies I can home from holiday and straight back to work. Finally finished my northerstrone so just waiting for period now. Have a scan 1st March.

But she’s great fun!! 😁😍 it’s the waiting for calls on fertilisation etc each day that I found difficult last so I have everything crossed for those eggs for you xx

aliona your journey to ET sounds a horrendous nightmare but I am sending all stickiness to you & hope u and OH made up & you are replying to every demand with but “I can’t do that I’m currently possibly pregnant” & reminding him you have to looked after (to a certain extent!)

@liverpool19, today was my last day for northerstrone too & if no AF I have to go for a scan on 1st or 2nd March so we may be EC buddies too!

Oh and apparently there’s going to be 6 days of snow!! ❄️⛄️I feel a hibernation with log burners coming on...if only I had cats not dogs I wouldn’t have to go outside 😕

Hi guys I hope you don't mind me joining - I had 2 embies transferred on Friday and now in the looooong 2ww. Has been a tough journey for us - this is our 4th and final cycle with the first cycle ending in a mmc at 11weeks. Just keeping everything crossed for this to work xx

Hi minister I finished mine on 23rd and was supposed to be due on 27th Feb anyway so fingers crossed it stays the same 😂 but who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’ll be nice to have EC friend!

Hello to minster thankyou for the welcome . the bleeding stopped yesterday which is a relief didnt turn out to be much. Just still feeling quite a lot of discomfort had cramping early hours of this morning and very bloated feeling. Was tossing and turning overnight and awake from about 3am to 7am. I dont know how much was worrying about my possible call for transfer tommorow though they are aiming for Wenesday. I have also found the call for fertilization news to be the hardest so far, so tense !
Not looking forward to snow this week as need to get back for my transfer.

Aliona how are you today? Your in your tww right? Congrats getting this far hope your feeling ok and not going too insane with symptom spotting /thinking ? hopefully we can be a distraction. Some of the conversations between you and minster that i have seen have been Entertaining

@swimchick i read back through some posts and see the number of eggs retrieved 21! Wow well done to you. I wasnt aware of original number before i see why you said about the number 13. Im sure it wont be an unlucky number in this case and im a very superstitous person. one more than 12 is one extra chance at a good embie. I also see your due e.t on wenesday so am i so we might also be tww wait buddies.

Im so sorry to hear of your mmc im also sorry your going through this process a 4th time i dont think i could do it. Hope you will find great support here keeping my fingers crossed for you this all works out xxxx

Oh god liverpool I’m so worried about AF, I haven’t actually had a period since I was 17 and I’m 33 now how bizarre is that!! I’ve been on the depo injection since 17 & because of my cancer treatment I have to be on contraception so we’ve never actually TTC as we’ve not had a break in treatment til doing my last round of EC last Easter & by that stage I swear my body has totally forgotten what to do so no AF we waited as late as we could then I had scan & fortunately they could start stims anyway, I guess it will be the same this time, no sign yet (except for REALLY painful nipples!! 🤣🙈!) so that’s why they say leave it til Thursday & call if no AF. Let’s hope it’s on it’s way for us both eh?!!
