Clomid anyone else?

I'm on 2nd cycle of clomid (50mg CD2-6) and am on CD7 now - anyone else out there the same?!

That's good to know Malbec, I didn't have any ewcm last month. I'm on CD8 today and nothing yet, we DTD Thursday and I am going to try for every other day DP depending. Stupid temperamental men haha

Accidental, I temp, as only way I can know what's going on. My opks are mostly all positive (I don't have pcos). Only EWCM on way day this cycle. The temps give you a great idea and pattern of your cycle. You must take temp same time each morning as soon as u open your eyes. For me Temps before ovulation tend to be low up to 36.40 and after ovulation above that to about 36,70ish..I see a dip first then an immediate rise about .5 degrees for 3 or more days which confirms ovulation. Luckily for me when I see the dip I know I'll ovulate 12-24hrs afterwards. Trial and error I guess, but I've had cycles where my body gears up to ovulate and then falls. A week later it tries again.. Until I pop out the egg.

I'm going to follow your dtd pattern Malbec. Think I may ovulate today. Had positive opk yesterday evening and this morning and really painful cramps today. We last dtd Thursday so I'm going to try today and tomorrow. Worked for you

I feel a bit 'off' Footy but nothing too bad yet. I'm only 4 weeks though and I didn't start feeling properly pregnant until 5-6 weeks with DS. So it'll probably start to hit me just in time for Christmas!

Haha I hope it works for you too Fig! We did the day before and after ovulation with DS and that worked too. I think it's pure luck to be honest, but you do what you have to don't you!

Anyone got anything to report? I'm waiting for ovulation. CD9 and nothing to report (boring) lol.

Update:

So today I went for an early scan at 6+5 and had hoped to see a big sac with a little beating heart. So I'm sure you could imagine how devastated I was when this wasn't the case. So I had a cry whilst still being scanned thinking it was all over. I then went through to see the nurse which said it's a possibility of TWINS!!! In total shock!! There are two very small sacs measuring 5mm & 4mm.. I have another scan booked for 4th January, in hope they have both grown.

I always knew there was a possibility of having twins with clomid and always joked around to my partner that were going to have twins... and now it's come real and a huge shock to the system. I just really hope they both grow and we have at least one or two healthy babies.

How is everyone getting on? Anyone nearing the end of their TWW? Xxxx

Wow that sounds an emotional rollercoaster Fox. Do you think you might have ovulated later than you thought seen as you were on an unmonitored cycle? I'll keep everything crossed that they grow for you xx

Really hope everything works out for you Littlefox. Have you had increased symptoms that would indicate it was twins?

Nothing to report here either Doom, cd 16 here and we managed to stick to the dtd schedule . Last positive opk Saturday morning so hope I have ovulated. Feeling mega bloated today.

It was very emotional!

I did clearblue opks and got my first solid Friday on 19th Nov and dtd on the 18th & 20th ... and I got my BFP on day 32 which is a normal cycle for me. All dating stuff is so confusing. I'm just hoping it is normal and everything is okay. The nurse said we should see a lot more on 4th Jan, and it isn't too long to wait but I wish it would hurry up. How are you feeling Mmm?

No I haven't had any increased symptoms to even suspect twins! I felt really nauseous 24/7 for the first week and half since finding out but that all seemed to stop last week. My only symptom of pregnancy now is really sore boobs and working with children isn't fun when they are constantly hitting them and climbing up for cuddles and squashing them! Ouch! I generally feel tired around 1pm ish if I'm getting my children to sleep at work, I could easily curl up and have a nap with them lol.

I'm still in shock about possible twins if everything goes okay! Eek! Just glad we bought a house at the beginning of the year & opted for a 3 bed instead of a 2 (so we have plenty of space).

When are you due AF ? Hope this cycle works for you. I presume the ovulation kit helped me to fall pregnant, although we didn't dtd the first day of flashing smiley but we did the night before and the legs were up in the air for 20 mins - sorry tmi! Then the second day of high fertility we ended up dtd in the morning and evening - no wonder I've ended up with twins!! I shall keep you all updated with my next scan. It feels forever away, just want to know that they are growing and everything is okay.

AF probably due around 27th December. I won't test unless I'm late. I'm not hopeful to be honest, I just don't think it's meant to be for me anymore.

Spotting started again, has been on and off since 4dpo. Not enough for a tampon, just browny cm. Had cramps developing today so I think AF might arrive tomorrow. Bit confused though as this morning my temp was high at 36.71!? Usually I decline to a low 36.20 ish when AF arrives.

I am still shocked and actually can't believe it! 5 and half years of trying for one baby and I get two! Just praying they both grow, as hard as it's going to be having two little bundles, I'm sure they will bring us so much joy. We was going to tell my FIL Christmas Day (we have bought a cup that says "Only The Best Dads Get Promoted To Grandad"), however I'm debating to wait until after our next scan now just in case. How we're going to break the news of having twins I do not know, especially as neither of our families have twins at all?!?! All thanks to Clomid lol.

I'm on cd 19 now. AF due 26 Dec but won't rest until 27... Definitely had more Ov pain this cycle (my first on Clomid) but no other symptoms, so feeling a bit ambivalent about it. But PMA and all that!

Won't test, not won't rest! (Although possibly won't rest either!!)

Are you on 50mg? Did you use opks or just going by signs? Hope you have the best belated Christmas present of a BFP.

No one give up hope, I honestly didn't think I'd ever get pregnant again, as we have really struggled for the past 5 and half years, and after a loss it's been hard and these babies are very much wanted. I pray for you all that you get your BFP soon xxxx

Did anyone get less symptoms on 100mg than 50? I had loads of ovary twinges on 50mg, but much less this cycle at 100.

I had a bit of a pressure feeling most of Saturday, but opk was negative. I'm on cd10 today.

Trying to keep DP's enthusiasm up for BDing as the second line has started to appear on the opk today (although still very faint).

Managed today, will aim for every other day this week if poss.

I've only been on 100mg but finding each cycle is different. On one cycle I was getting hot flashes all the time the next I didn't. Only new symptoms for me this time is occasionally my eyes go a bit blurry and watery. Makes me feel dizzy at times and really sore boobs and spotting after ovulation.
Weird as you would think the same dosage would give u same symptoms each cycle?

Anyone else spotting after ovulation?
I'm 13dpo today still slightly spotting but temp is still high above 36.70?

Footy I spotted from 7-11dpo this cycle. That's what used to always happen except for AF will start instead of me getting a BFP. I really don't know why it happened this month and I got pregnant when all the other months I didn't. So I really don't know what difference clomid made. But anyway my point basically was that I got my BFP even with spotting!

Is anyone due to test soon?

I only spot the day before my period Footy. What's your temp doing today? Any change?

I would say I had more symptoms on 100mg Doom and them more again on 150mg. Have you had a positive opk yet?

Not due to test until next week. I've had a few cramps but nothing out of the ordinary.
