TTC for 18 months or more. Moving onto iui/ivf/icsi.

We have relocated from the conception board where we were previously chatting under the thread 'ttc for 10 months or more'. A lot of us are now long term ttc-ers and are going through infertility treatment or looking to take steps in this direction so we feel this might be a more suitable home for us!

Feel free to stop by and say hi and hopefully we can share the journey together and make it a little easier along the way!

Thank you! Just waiting for my cleaner to finish and go, she should be gone by now but was late. Have managed to build up the courage at least, I'm such a drama queen when it comes to POAS.

Here are the tests. Top one is 10ui and bottom 20ui. I'm equivalent of 14dpo. OTD is Tuesday Hope.

Thanks ladies! I cannot believe that after all this time I have a proper BFP (has a super faint bfp on my FET last year but blood test was negative) just spoke to DH, he is happy! Just hope this sticks!

Omg trixie!!!! I am absolutely over the moon for you. We've travelled this journey together for so long since back on the days of the buses and now you have your bfp too!! Will you get bloods done?

Thanks ladies, I still can't believe it! Really wish DH was here. Tested again this morning and the more sensitive test was about the same but the other one was a lot darker. I'm not sure Lucie, will call the hospital later and see what they say.

I was TTC for 2yrs before i had my first son, i was diagnosed with fertility issues and given about a 10% chance of naturally conceiving, it broke my heart! My tubes were both damaged and coiled, i went for IVF, it failed so we then decided to have a gap before our next treatment and book a skiing holiday, on the next to last day i realised my period had not arrived which i thought maybe due to the recent IVF treatment the month before, i did a test and it was positive! I now have three healthy boys all by natural conception, i found out i was expecting my second child while i was down regging for a FET, they said i may not have a period but i checked anyway and there was the line! Another shock pregnancy! The third child i had didn't involve any IVF so I am saying to you all do not give up hope, its not over until its over, unfortunately some of us find it harder than others, good luck xx

Thank you ladies, still can't believe it. Line seems to be getting darker and have bought some CB digitals to do at the weekend with DH. I will continue to check in to cheer the rest of you on.

Thanks trixie i am so emotional and stressy today i just want to get tomorrow out of the way so i know one way or another.
Im a bit worried (sorry to go in to detail) but this morning i have had darker than normal discharge, not red but like a brown colour just a bit in my panty liner and when i wipe its like mixed with the pessary leakage so its hard to tell whats going on!!! Can't take this anymore!!! X

The last few days of the 2ww are awful Hope! Do you think DH would agree to test this evening? As long as it's not red blood I would try not to worry.

Thanks trixie yes the last few days have been hell! DH isn't about tonight so i will wait till the morning to test, after some googling i can see that it does happen and doesnt necessarily mean it hasnt work, just got to wait!

Hope, I had bleeding (brown and the bright red) the same day I got my bfp. It's not necessarily the worst thing. Xx
