2kidzandi - this is another discussion for another thread, but top and bottom of it is yes, freedom of speech is an absolute right and it does not have limits. Paedophiles are sexually attracted to children in the same way that I'm sexually attracted to men. It's acting on fantasies of being sexually attracted to children that turns an ingrown mindset into a dispicable act.
