Did he actually rape anyone? or was it cases of the women having sex with a known sex - obsessed celebrity, where she inevitably ended up finding the sex a bit weirder than she was used to. Afterwards she says

‘I didn’t enjoy that as much as I thought I would’ I’m going to squeeze what I can out of this guy because he’s rich and famous.
There is whole world of difference between that and rape.

What, why wait until all these years later?
And what are they going to squeeze out of him?

Do you think before you write?

Compo innit.
Payday - perhaps.
We don’t know -the trial is ongoing and their evidence will be tested as will his.

All the menz rape apologists on here are so transparent. Hiyer fellaz! 👋🏼🥰

Oh im so glad someone understands “grey bras” 😂😂

I have a quote here from Diana Wynne Jones: "Who's going to care if your bra is grey when you've just been run down by a bus?"

I'm sure his defence team will have advised him to do that slow walk, head held high into court hand in hand with his wife

The Rolf Harris look

The most awful was not proven. Not "not guilty". His death was nothing to do with it.

Of 13 charges, he was found not guilty of 12. Anyone free of bias/agenda (ie any reasonable person) would consider that conclusive. The law certainly does.

The fact that you've highlighted that one out of thirteen (the single not proven), and have chosen to present your opinion on the impact/his death as demonstrable fact, demonstrates how unreasonable you are; indeed it demonstrates your clear bias.

Why waste your time even commenting? Rhetorical btw, I'm not interested in (what would undoubtably be more biased nonsense) reply.

👏👏👏. Well done Sherlock, you’ve solved it. And thanks for the lesson that lying in court to get money out of a man is not the same as being raped. I was struggling with that distinction 🙄.

Have you any idea how stupid you sound? All you’ve really done is observe that he’s rich and famous (used to be famous anyway). If there’s something in what you’re saying, it would protect any rich man from an allegation of rape because they could wheel out your genius defence, plucked out of thin air.

And what’s with the ‘it was weird’ part of your scenario? If they were going to lie to get money, they’d do that regardless of whether the sex was weird.

If a woman wants to make immoral money out of a man, it’s so blindingly obvious that there are easier ways to do it than going to the police and putting yourself through a rape trial! Jesus I think I’d rather have the no smoke without fire brigade than this.

What would be the easier way to get loads of money that doesn’t involve going to court then ?
You’re obviously an expert

When others have said he’s a weirdo and in to freaky sex or whatever. They see an opportunity. Happens all the time

I wouldn't be surprised if RB and his wife split up once the court case is out the way.

I was thinking king just that. If he gets off he’ll be binning her and going off after younger women. A leopard etc…

Could easily get that deleted but I’d rather let it stand.

You’re saying I must be an expert at immorally getting money out of a man in order to be able to think that there must be easier ways of doing it? Riiight.

So you must sleep with rich men and then cry rape, because you were the one who suggested that.

Let's no forget Jonathan Ross was in his mid-20s when he got together with the 16-year-old Jane Goldman that he's now married to.

Chris Evans was 35 and billie piper I think was 16. Possibly 18.

Maybe they are remembering things he wrote in his autobiography, which they have read. I haven't read it so I cannot state this as fact, but he does seem to have made no secret of his various unpleasant behaviour.

I remember Chris Evans going after Billie Piper when she was still 15 and he used to joke about it being legal or not on his breakfast show on Radio 1.

He always sways into the court in a really arrogant way

especially the first time with shirt open baring his chest…yuk!

agree…he is the male equivalent of “grey bras”…just looks unclean

cant believe his wife isn’t smelling the coffee..how much doesn’t she need..just to be accused is enough 🤢

Edited

Personally hurt by this! I am so clean - but my white bras always go grey in the wash 😭

IzzyLeng · 15/10/2026 17:47

I’m listening to The Trial podcast about the RB trial. An episode a day. Grim listening to be honest already.

IzzyLeng · 15/10/2026 17:49

Oh and the judge has given exceptionally clear jury instructions that they must not seek out chats on social media, they must not pay attention to anything they see or hear by accident. Judge said there will be stuff written about this trial as it’s ongoing and people will state their opinions but that these opinions won’t be based on trial evidence.

im sure the jury will follow those instructions.

Prottttt · 15/10/2026 18:26

He said, she said cases are always difficult. I think it’s the number of allegations and alleged victims that make it difficult to reconcile that RB may be innocent. Having said that, I do know a man who was falsely accused of rape - the person who accused him was an ex and they made the allegation whilst going through a very acrimonious break up. The woman was very mentally unstable and a known fantasist who made all sorts of allegations against pretty much everyone she came into contact with throughout her life. However, to conclusively prove a rape allegation is false is almost impossible, so cases such as the one involving my acquaintance don’t end up being recorded under ‘false allegation’, skewing the data.

Sartre · 15/10/2026 18:30

I sadly did like him in the mid 00s but in my defence, I was a teen. I used to like him and Noel Fielding on the Big Fat Quiz and I liked him on Big Brother’s Big Mouth.

Obviously he’s a massive twat and sex offender so I no longer do which goes without saying. His wife and her unfettering support is rather interesting.

Yo808 · 15/10/2026 18:39

A good friend of mine was raped last year , reported to the police, unfortunately a case of her word against his and so far nothings come of it.
Dont think there any ‘rape aplogisers’ here.
It’s true that most people who are raped report it to the police immediately, ok, some do not for various reasons.
How many accusers are there ? Seven? So it just so happens seven women are raped but none of them report it at the time of the rape?
