Absolutely shocking. A 26 year old man named as Kyle Clifford, believed to be armed with a crossbow, is being sought by police.
The dead women are aged 61, 28 and 25.

Well they aren’t, do you know men who do this, I certainly don’t. Yes men kill as do women. Shit people are shit people. Irrelevant of gender. When we saw the recent case of women killing babies, little star to name one, did we say all women are awful. When we saw the woman charged with sexually abusing her pupils, did we say all women are awful. When we saw the woman abusing her partner and being sent to jail. Did we say fucking hell. Women are awful

no. Some men are awful as are some women.

This isn’t true . Statistically the vast majority of violent crimes or sexual crimes are committed by males, not females. The fact that sometimes there are female murderers doesn’t change this.

Killing the ex girlfriend is horrific enough.

But why did he kill the mother and sister.

It seems particularly over the top, destructive and sadistic

And unusually cruel even as murderers go.

It says in one report that he tied them up and shot them all with a crossbow.

Like why. It's so bad

Every man who has a woman say "yes" when she wanted to say "no" because she feared that he would murder her has benefited from the lesson to all women that men like Kyle Clifford teach.

Every man who gets a job because a woman was too scared to even apply because she feared that she would not survive the walk home has benefited from the lesson to all women that men like Josef Puska and Wayne Couzins teach.

Every man who gets a job in construction or tech because a woman left the industry because of sexual harassment benefits from the actions of the harassers, even if he does not himself harass.

Men as a class benefit from male violence against women. Even the "good men".

Edited

I NEVER thought of it like that before.

Wow.

BustingBaoBun · 10/07/2024 19:08

I just read there that he used to be in the army

That makes it make a tiny bit more sense

He was only in the Army a year. And I think it's wrong to call him an army 'veteran' which some of the media has. A veteran is usually worthy of that title. This awful man who was only in the Army for a year doesn't deserve to be called a 'veteran'
He might well have been chucked out .

Perhaps his crime tells us how highly he rated himself and the importance he placed on being obeyed by women. He feels himself to be so important that any slight is punishable by death, not just one death, 3 women must be brutally killed in order to appease him.

It is just so sad and so incomprehensible. I don’t know how anyone gets over the horror of losing your family in those circumstances. I hope he gets some answers out of that vile creature- not that that will ever help. I just can’t understand what thought processes gets someone to tying up three members of a family and assassinating them. I hope it was quick for the women but I fear given the circumstances they were subject to something horrific. I can just about comprehend how a fit of rage can occur with one victim but this is a whole other level that just is incomprehensible.

I hope to god they very quickly tighten up legislation on crossbows before there are copycat attacks.

zibzibara · 10/07/2024 19:21

Absolutely horrifying, unrepentant femicide. Awful news.

RIP to the three women who suffered at the hands of this vile man. Pure evil, I hope he never sees the outside world again.

Because he enjoyed it. Because he could. Because he thought they deserved punishment. He was on a power trip and wanted to cause maximum suffering. I would hazard a guess that he killed Carole and her elder daughter first. I am sorry I don't know the respective names of the poor daughters. Sorry if I missed it in the thread.

Kellyanne555 · 10/07/2024 19:23

I feel desperately sad for the women.

I also feel sadness , not anger, at the man who did it

In a: what the fuck got him to be like that.

And sadness at the path he chose.

And it's also sadness not just at his actions, but at the world we have become in general

One report said he left the army only a few weeks ago. I wonder what that was about.

HoldingTheDoor · 10/07/2024 19:25

But why did he kill the mother and sister.

Unfortunately it’s not all that uncommon for men in these situations to kill family members too, mostly female members such is their hatred of women. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve read a similar report.

Kellyanne555 · 10/07/2024 19:27

Poor girls and mum.

It sounds so trite but everything does at a time like this. At least they were together to be with each other in their last moments.

Personally I struggle to imagine a worse death than seeing your Mother/daughter/Sister being murdered in front of you while you’re helpless to do anything about it and knowing that you’re next. The fact that they were together was an extra and very deliberate act of cruelty.

Dear god, you’re sadly lacking in imagination. That was part of the cruelty, ffs

I am not. But why complain that people are debating on a discussion forum?

Yeah it's absolutely horrific whatever you way you look at it

But in one way, If my mother was going to be killed by a crazed madman with a crossbow , i would like to be there with her to give her comfort in her final moments, rarher than her be totally alone with him

Ihateboris · 10/07/2024 19:32

I'm so fucking angry. Those poor women. My heart breaks for them.

Allie47 · 10/07/2024 19:39

Unfortunately this vile POS will probably get quite a light sentence because it will no doubt be these poor women's fault for making him do it 😞

Not At all what I said. Is it?

Go back and read.

Why not direct your anger at the killer not me.

Here we have women attacking women on here again
