Child of our time Parys Lapper RIP

I've just read that Alison Lapper' son Parys died last week. I didn't know either Alison or Parys but loved watching the t.v. prog and respected Alison for her determination to do things that others may have thought weren't possible.

He was only 19 and it simply seems far too young to go. I hope she has some great friends to support her x

There are 25 babies who are to be followed until they are 25 it said originally, I wonder if we shall see them again.

Quite a few of the kids are on Facebook.

very sad wonder what the father thinks he left the mum when she was pregnant nice guy.

Very sad . His mum had done a interview saying she had to put him in care in his teen years due to drugs - but she was still very close to him . He died of a accidental overdose so sad

I remember swimming with them as ours were babies together. Poor Parys RIP, poor Alison. How awful.
