so very very scary. just had bbc journalist on 5 live and he was saying that on the map there appears to be a patern to where the bodies are dumped. also, the last three appear to have been murdered since the first two were found

Im scared stiff.

Its really made me feel physically sick to the pit of my stomach.

Im glued to the news in a morbid way.

Last I heard was that there are "striking similarities" but they are also concerned that it may NOT be the bodies of the 2 missing girls.

The 3rd murdered girl was in my year at school.

This is all very macabre .

I almost wish they could give these girls drugs or whatever it is that forces them out onto the streets, at least until this perp is caught

Depends what the drugs are - I think methadone is OK for heroin, but not sure about stuff like crack cocaine.

Hope to goodness they catch this person soon, before he murders some other children's mother.

I thought that fio, but perhaps you have to register & get "in the system" which I'd imagine some women wouldn't want to - it's so bleak

they said that someone apparently saw the 3rd girl being dumped on thursday, but thought it was a manikin, makes me feel sick just thinking about it.

I bet most of them have a number of drugs on the go. but it makes total sense to look after them until this murderer is caught.

I suppose all the police interest would put most if not all potential clients off

There is no substitute for crack peole just have to withdraw from it with out anything to help. Awful all around, families must be going through hell.

but not all prostitutes are drug addicts. yes lots of them are but not all, people have lots of reasons for turning to prostitution. Tanya Nichol had a day job as well as her job as a sex worker, and her friends didn't even know that she was a prostitute.

but at least for those who are driven onto the streets due to addiction, it would help.

I bet most of those who are still on the streets during this scary time are doing it for drug money

its not the job they do etc that bothers me, its the fact that there is a serial killer out there.
