How horrid

SSSandy · 30/09/2006 20:44

That's awful and the poor family back in Poland

SSSandy · 30/09/2006 20:47

It also makes me think how many times does a man have to be convicted and imprisoned and released and reimprisoned before someone decides he should NOT be released

Clary · 30/09/2006 20:49

Oh Aimsmum how horrible and worrying for you.
I saw about this on the news today and thought how shocking for all those involved in the church.

That it's attached to a school makes it even worse.

WishICouldGiveUpWork · 30/09/2006 20:50

Sadly it seems another Ian Huntley.
How horrible t be so close to it but ho whorrible for the poor girl and her parents

PretendFriend · 30/09/2006 20:51

She had bought her plane ticket ready to fly home on Monday, you know

I was SO hoping she'd turn up, Aimsmum.

That poor woman!

Her poor family!

expatinscotland · 30/09/2006 20:56

And I want to VOMIT that this man has been allowed to rape and abuse young girls and women for forty one fucking years and is now on the streets?!

WTF?

When are they going to start locking scumbags like this forever?

How many more people, the light of their families' lives, have to die?

This is awful So why exactly was he on the streets unsupervised?

ishouldbedoingtheironing · 30/09/2006 21:02

I live in Glasgow and although not close to the church I was worried about allowing my young dds out today
I know that it is not rational but the thought that he is out there is scary.
I feel sorry for the priest too what must he be going through knowing that he gave shelter to a paedophile ??
I am no longer a practising Catholic but tonight I am praying that he is caught and soon.

It's too bad bastards like this never top themselves.

Arsehole.

Even worse is a system that allows cretins like this to prey upon society.

I have been really shocked by this story and especially why, in the light of all the recent cases in the Catholic church, why was he allowed to work in the church without being CRB checked?

So sorry this has happened in your community Aimsmum
Let's hope thet catch him soon.

Piffle · 30/09/2006 23:06

Firstly utmost sadmess and sympathy to that lovely young girls family.
Second OUTRAGE.
Imprisonment serves TWO purposes
Punishment
and
Protection of the public
There should be different sentences and rules for each of the above reasons.

OMG I heard about this on the radio this morning. How awful for you and everyone in the community Aimsmum.

What I don't understand is how a boday can be concealed in a church. I don't know that I want to know how actually......

TheBlonde · 30/09/2006 23:14

They also haven't positively ID'd the body yet
