Ok, the old thread is nearly full. If you read the other three, I don't need to re-write everything again ;)

But you know I am referring to the case involving an Italian mother and the British social services.
Opinions welcome.

Your 'statistics' didn't show me anything. Especially as you have not explained what the column headings actually mean.

I think John is under the impression that he can say the world is flat, and thus it will be so...just as long as he bungs some numbers in a spreadsheet, waggles it munsnet and calls it "PROOF OF DA TROOF!"

It is alarming that he thinks this is either an appropriate or sensible way to behave. His PR team must have been on the egg nog from very early December.

He has PR people?

Dear god what did they do in a former life to deserve this fate ?

WestmorlandSausage · 20/12/2013 18:50

apparently mumsnet is not the only faction of society he has annoyed.... www.johnhemmingfacts.com/

west

Check out number 7.

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 19:02

Hence I don't have the time to rummage around posts.

Too busy rummaging around in ......... other things.

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 19:48

So John, you would rather go drinking that admit you were very very much at fault for having broken the law by naming the girls on the internet.

And that you have NOTHING to back up your assertions regarding removal of children to fulfil adoption targets.

NADA.

WestmorlandSausage · 20/12/2013 20:03

particular ones that stand out for me are 10, 11 and 13 carpe

YoniMatopoeia · 20/12/2013 20:59

As somebody new to this I thought that JH might answer my questions.

Seems not

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 21:02

Welcome to the Land of Eternally Dashed Hope Yoni

And if at any point you were expecting to see even a grudging apology from Hemming for when he named all three of AP's little girls on Britian's biggest parenting website... please take a ticket for the next seat on the train to DeeplyDisappointedLandia.

johnhemming · 20/12/2013 21:07

So John, you would rather go drinking that admit you were very very >much at fault for having broken the law by naming the girls on the
internet.
This is a really question. Had I actually broken the law (remember mens rea) then I probably would prefer to go drinking than admitting that I had broken the law.

Oddly enough it is those people who sent copies of my mistake to various people (and arguably Spero is OK sending it to Essex) who have actually broken the law because they believed that what they were sending to people was in contravention of a court order whereas I did not believe this at the time I posted it.

Spero demonstrates little knowledge of the law relating to contempt even in asking my local Chief Superintendent to arrest me for something that was not arrestable even if it had been unlawful.

I also got some really interesting stats tonight - supporting my position, but I am going to see if I can get them published in a newspaper and then after that will get them on the net somewhere.

Demonstrates exactly what I have been saying. (from the DfE).

WestmorlandSausage · 20/12/2013 21:11

I think that is about as close as we are going to get to an apology.

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 21:14

Nope. I actually had my lawyer check before I hit any send buttons. In every single instance I was within my rights to forward the screen shots as an act of reporting a public offical for breeching normatives, rules, regulations and laws.

So >>

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 21:16

Ah your 'mistake'

Ignorance is no defence in law, John, surely you know that?

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 21:18

So what did the Chief Superintendent say, John?

Did he do some weirdy masonic hand twiddle before commiserating with you about those mad bitches on mumsnet who just don't know when to let it lie?

I can't believe that for a second.

Do tell.

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 21:22

Was that your stratagy John, post it in all wide eyed innocence and then try and shift the breeching blame to the EBIL MUMSNETTERS! showing evidence of your breech ?

"Oh mine was an "opps"! see I say so here on mumsnet, but they did it ON PURPOSE! "

At least we had the good sense to check the origin, status and content of an extract of a legal document . And none of us have admin support on tap to do the scut work for us.

What was your excuse for posting first and thinking "oooh! maybe I ought to check and see if this is a public doc, what it says and if there is any sensitive information in it" a very poor second ?

scottishmummy · 20/12/2013 21:22

I think professional registration, whistle blowing would cover informing Essex la of reporting breaches
I am certainly keen that Essex legal are availed of postings relating to the case

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 21:23

Because I am fairly sure that the courts are run by freemasons, so they must be behind children being taken into care for adoption in order to, er, give LAs more money...

Or something.

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 21:24

Ah your 'mistake'

Or grave error due to reckless haste as the rest of the universe calls it when an elected offical breeches a court order becuase due care and consideration were less important than trying (and failing) to prove a point on mumsnet.

johnhemming · 20/12/2013 21:25

So what did the Chief Superintendent say, John?

"Thank you for the mince pies" (or some variation on the theme).

I have for about 20 years been in the habit of going around local public servants' office (police, housing officers and also social workers) handing out mince pies to say thanks for the work they do during the year)

This year I had my 8 year old daughter assisting as a junior mince pie distributor. She was quite entertained by the the police putting me in handcuffs.

No reference to Mumsnet was made at any stage.

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 21:27

Then I wonder why you brought it up John.

I can imagine the joy getting a mince pie off you must engender in public servants.

No more entertained than us, John, no more than us.

CarpeVinum · 20/12/2013 21:27

I am certainly keen that Essex legal are availed of postings relating to the case

At this point this thread is being watched by more public officals, their lackys, legal people, jounos, civil servants, libdems and libdem political opponants than it is bog standard mumsnetters.

johnhemming · 20/12/2013 21:28

sausage:

It there are any they would know that the allegations made were insufficient to have me arrested even if they were true.

Not all lawyers know the law.

MadameDefarge · 20/12/2013 21:28

So how do you 'know' Spero tried to get the Chief Superintendent to arrest you unless he mentioned it to you?

scottishmummy · 20/12/2013 21:30

Mr hemming what does your party whip think of your postings on topic of social services?
