I too have been surprised by Ed Miliband. Am still reserving judgement though.

I think Cameron is in all this so deep, he cannot keep feigning that he 'didn't know'. That excuse hasn't worked for Paul Stephenson, so why should it for him ? I just don't understand the arrogance of the man that makes him think he is still fit to run the country.....not that I ever thought he was. (Just my opinion !)

Do you think the 'public' are as angry about this as 'we' are ? Have seen a couple of reports and so-called 'celebs' stating that people are fed up now, I most certainly am not.

I said at the start of all this that if it brings one down, I hope the whole house of cards falls.

It is puzzling that the media have kept quiet till now ? I guess it will all come out eventually ?

sad but true - and that is exactly why public interest has diminished - tomorrow's chip-papers and all that. they are bored with it and want a new story to consume, passively.
and that's exactly what the police, politicians and NI are hoping for - so everything gets back onto the same old track.

And I don't go along with the 'well what can we do anyway'......why don't we try, and find out ?

Saw the BBC1 1 o'clock news and John Yates has apparently said that he feels that 'people are losing their jobs as it is trial by media'.....I disagree. I think it is trial by media and the public who are now finding a voice and making it quite clear that we do not want out country or Police Forces run by corruption and backslapping.
