Today:

• PIL doing most jobs GettingDinnerReady
• laundry TDOn AirerLoaded MoreOn
• all dressed (no-one so far!) DONE (except ds2)
• me & DS1 to Bob The Builder DONE

(remember spare Bob hat for friends DD) DONE

• home for tea
• boys to bed
• tv time (+ huffing FIL as he hates all tv unless Jeremy Clarkson or WWII involved!)

Ongoing:

• get photos of family & hang them up
• get on with friend's family tree GotFileOut
• transfer all family trees over to Mac software
• then go through 1911 census
• organise (Started), upload & order photos of boys
• fix my bike (flat tyre)
• sort out security light outside trying
• 1 picture frame for nice photo of DS1
• take back pumpkin light to Lidl as it's not working grr
• filing

• takeaway boxes for meals to take into hosp DONE
• big bag of pasta to cook said meals DONE

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have left DH in bed this morning as he is shattered (was at work from 4am yesterday) and it also means i get a chance to use the laptop

There is a possiblity of a friend of DH's coming over for dinner this evening, so have got quite a lot of jobs to do. Also going riding with a friend this morning which i'm really looking forward to.

Sweep kitchen
Empty dishwasher
Do any other bits of washing up
Chuck out old newspapers/mags etc from around house
Sprinkle carpet and sofas with bicarb of soda and leave while we go out this afternoon

Hoover bathroom

Morning everyone, thanks for having me back

DS3 was up at 5.30am which is actually 4.30am by todays time and it's DH turn for a lie in, I wish I'd suggested that I had mine today instead of yesterday!!

I am feeling a little better, I am just getting tired quickly. My second set of blood tests have confused my GP. The first set showed raised liver function and high iron levels but the second set showed slightly rasied liver function and low iron levels. He cannot understand how my iron levels have changed so dramatically in 4 days. He said 'I've had a strange reaction to the virus I am recovering from'. I have to have more blood tested in 2 weeks including a thyroid test.

My job for the day (with help from DC and DH)
Tidy and clean anywhere to improve the state of the house.
DC clean out pets cages
Run DW
Run WM

The house is filling with the smell of chocolate, and I need to get the lunch on!

Firstly huge congrats to Flame and HMHB on the births of your baby girls . Flame have looked at your pics and she is gorgeous, wish I'd had a chunky cuddly one like that (although not for the getting them out part!) mine look scrawny in their newborn pics but Carys looks like a real baby.

Back off holiday now, it went really fast . Managed to read 8 books though so do feel quite rested (although arriving back yesterday did mean a 2 hour time adjustment for already early rising ds this morning).

Luckily there was a washing machine there so I was able to satisfy my superwasher urges and havent come home to a mountain of it

Aaargh. We didn't know about the clock change (and frankly barely know what day it is). DH and DS turned up for an 11am birthday party and it was actually 10am and the hosts were in their pjs - oh the shame . DH doesn't want to talk about it. They were v sweet and let DH/DS stay and made lots of jokes at DH's expense .

Am gradually working out what jobs will need to be done everyday. Mainly washing and emptying bins at the mo. Think its going to take a little longer to get in a routine with DD as she is only ickle as DS says.
