• transfer all family trees over to Mac software
• then go through 1911 census
• organise (Started), upload & order photos of boys
• fix my bike (flat tyre)
• sort out security light outside trying
• get rid of bag of stuff to charity shop/freecycle/bin it?
• 1 picture frame for nice photo of DS1
• DLA form for DS

Very exciting for Flame

Had to eat strepsils through the night because my throat was so sore, not feeling too bad atm but drinking a lemsip. DD looks dreadful! She was much better last night and the cough is going but her face is so dry and red from the snot and constant wiping, poor little girl although she seems quite cheery....

Was planning on going to new toddler group this morning, but think that is out of the question now. Have got plenty to do here.

Morning all, hope we are all well today & had a good weekend.

Still no news from HMHB, I see, so hope all went well there. Flame, I share your pain, DS was 10 days late & the wait is so frustrating (and this was creeping near to Xmas, I feared he might arrive in church on Xmas Eve!). You know there is one thing they say is almost guaranteed to bring labour on, but it will require your DP's cooperation! Fun even if it doesn't work

Good luck JustBeBuffy, these are all steps in the right direction.

We had a lovely weekend, spent lots of time together & managed to do a few odd jobs around the house, so a nice balance.

Now, however, DH is being a bit of a tt, just little things like being very dismissive when I said I would like to look into learning Latin, as I am a linguist & I feel that it would help me 'get' many more languages. I sometimes feel a bit frustrated at home, as I am educated to MA level, but not really using my brain IYSWIM. Don't get me wrong, I love being home with DS & I know it is the most important job in the world, but intellectually stimulating it ain't! Anyway, after that comment, he couldn't understand why I wasn't in the mood to do anything more than go to sleep! Then this morning he changed DS & that was it, then sat, leaving me to rush around like the proverbial blue-ar*d fly until he left! Little things, like I say, but annoying!

Anyway, this week is a new week, managed to buy some replacement champagne flutes on Ebay so that is a good start!

I was all set for some hard work and then dh and I sat and talked about my dad and now I'm all sad,
actually I more sad about my mums behaviour and I'm fed up bottling up how I feel when shes about but then again,
I've told her loads of times and nothing has changed so will carry on regardless!

went and did banking to day and put the money in for deposit on fireplace so will go pay that tomorrow YEY, they said it will take 4 weeks to order,
so that works well as thats when dh gets paid for a big job he did, that we said we would use the money for iyswim

then I need to concentrate on finding money for christmas,
dd1 has decided she wants an ipod, although I'm abit dissappointed as we decided if she didn't think of anything we would get her a tv,
I have previously told her she was not allowed a tv until she was 13 so we thought it would be a big surprise!

Anyway sorry for droning on, Jenduck I think dhs all have those days, because it couldn't possibly be us just being easily irritated

ali I was thinking about a live conception thread, what do you think I am getting so excited about ttc, and HMHB and Flame having babies is just making me very broody. I was petrified last week about another one, but now i am so excited i am fit to burst!!

I must say I am not getting in the least broody from Flame's labour thread. Thank goodness. Actually I held an RL 3 day old on saturday and, for the first time in my life, I didn't feel a sense of longing. Mind you, having two under two might have something to do with it!
