I have a happy bunch of kids with full tummy's out in the backyard watching dh light the fireworks!
A bunch of leftovers on the table/fridge and pretty lights up in the windows.

As long as noone looks in my cupboards I'm good!!

Have told dd1 if she tidies toy pitlounge then I will set the ironing board up in there and watch Hanah Montana the movie with her, and she loves to sort underwear, win/win situation

Going to sit down and drink my coffee now, and then have a nice shower before I do anymore jobs. Just having the kitchen sorted makes me feel sooo much better

I am officially on strike as far as housework and child rearing goes this afternoon. We all got up quite late this morning and had a slow start to the day. But whereas i have been slaving away over a hot stove (with 'help' from a toddler) DH has been sat on his laptop. He hung the sheets out for me but that is it, despite promises to get some bulbs planted, the grass mown etc Grrrrr

Nevermind, he can cook the roast this evening
