Am now up the walls worrying, went into my local shop and was explaining why DD3 was wearing a dress because of the sting and the lady serving said "oh you wont want to be careful I was reading about someone who was stung by a hornet and died! WTF, Anyway rant over

FlameWithTooManyHormones · 14/10/2009 16:18

To be fair, I laughed at the pot breaking too.

ignore mad hornet woman - deaths from stings tend to be fairly instant anaphylaxis, not wait about most of the day ok and then keel over

SpookyAlice · 14/10/2009 20:42

Have actually started a thread in conception JKS, because i am feeling a little nervous about it

Alibooobaandthe40phantoms · 14/10/2009 20:54

Alice - yay!

JKS - why a social worker ?

JustBeBuffy · 14/10/2009 21:03

Alice - don't be nervous, just enjoy and remember babies bring love with them

Ali - not entirely sure a) she's a social worker and b) why tbh!

it's all part of the referral process for further services & help for DS2 from the Centre for Children with Disabilities locally.
Hopefully meeting her opens doors for other things.

or she could just be an interfering SW who knows best.....

Morning ladies. Up in the night with back ache (2am). Managed to get back to sleep (after eating 3 crumpets with butter). They could be contractions but not very distinct yet. Trying to stay chilled but hoping this is it.

My consultant said to potter about at home for as long as possible so that is the mission today hence bizarre bits of house work. DH has gone to work. DS to school. I am here with my mum (who is reading childbirth book speedily). Hoping this is not some bizarre pre-labour thing.

Your turn tomorrow Flame. Get some rest!
