Okay, I am clearly worrying way too much about this but there are only a few spaces left in the old thread!

(What do I think will happen if we finish without a new list? We'll just make a new one. Relax woman!)

Thanks to alicecrail for the title.

Please finish the old thread before starting on this one - there could be a prize if you are number 1000.

Oh god, so the pressure is on to find the right level of slatternliness and get stuff done without appearing too keen? This is going to be harder than I thought...

TrillianAstra · 27/05/2009 22:25

Just let it come naturally. If you're worried about doing too much you just need to put something ridiculous (clean skirting boards?) on the list so you'll never finish it.

Wasting you will have to join JKS and I , we were going to concieve Xmas 09 on our to do list, I am very broody, I loved being pregnant [ahh], but I'm feeling guilty I haven't done as much things with dc3 that I did with the other 2, and that hasn't helped by the fact I've discovered mn

Welcome Duchesse, put all the jobs that you do everyday anyway and some you would like to get done but are putting after they are on your list a few weeks days you will feel the need to do them

TrillianAstra · 28/05/2009 09:52

Wow Alice I knew Stevenage was cheap but didn't realise it was that cheap. And I definitely don't want to live there. Well den making a dress, I take it you have a sewing machine? I'd like to take that up if I'm ever attempting to be a non-slummy-mummy.

She lives in Stevenage now in a council flat, they want to rent a house in norfolk that will cost £390 pm. Strangely Stevenage is more expensive.

They have free courses running in Newmarket on dressmaking/furnishings etc which are really good. They do evening ones too

TrillianAstra · 28/05/2009 10:09

Whoops, got it the wrong way round.

Congrats on your anv, JKS, we will be 12 years married next month, funnily enough it is the day before DD2s birthday, so have anv and 3 birthdays on one week, plus Fathers Day falls on the same day of our anv

tibni · 28/05/2009 10:44

Well i'm passing the slattern bit! Really must try harder!

DD has a victorian railway project that is a "work in progress" - so going to try and encourage her to get some more done. I suggested art and crafty rather than too wordy.

We are looking after dd best friends pets. We were going round to their house morning and night to feed / water etc. However the bunny died! so I now have the guinea pig at my house on 20 min observations. They are back tomorrow and it must survive!

I actually have managed to do a bit of sorting in the conservatory which I am pleased with.

ds (ASD) is adding his own contribution to the house - but he is happy. He is sitting with dd colouring right now and its actually on the paper. Tuesday he managed to get hold of my lipstick, it looked better on him than crushed into my beige stairs carpet. Much to my surprise it did come out.

Half term is such an fun time! LOL
