Okay, I am clearly worrying way too much about this but there are only a few spaces left in the old thread!

(What do I think will happen if we finish without a new list? We'll just make a new one. Relax woman!)

Thanks to alicecrail for the title.

Please finish the old thread before starting on this one - there could be a prize if you are number 1000.

It's on the couch potato to 5k thread - we're all sort of doing it together (although some people are just starting and others are way ahead) and you write 'I did run X today, it was easy/it sucked/it hurt/I didn't make it/etc'.

PlumBumMum · 20/05/2009 18:43

Yeap Ali but ny dh is normally working at bedtime, so I do it on my own , thats why my ironing prob won't get done until tomorrow I'm leaving it until tonight but once I get dcs to bed I always feel I deserve a wee relax, will try and do some and watch apprentice at the same time!

Think Jon and Kate plus 8 is on tonight, she always motivates me to be abit more organised

(JKS you asked about this before think its channel 254 at 8.30)

ali - i find evenings tough going, everyone is tired and i just looking forward to relaxing.

plum - i can't believe you watch jon and kate - i am addicted - not sure why my dd's often watch the repeat after school - they are sooo quite when it is on.

PlumBumMum · 20/05/2009 19:05

I konw I think shes def abit OCD, she does go on at him abit dosen't she?

TrillianAstra · 20/05/2009 19:17

What is Jon and Kate? My channels don't go up that high, are you guys on Sky or Virgin?

OP posts:
PlumBumMum · 20/05/2009 19:26

SKY
Discovery home & health
Its a reality documentary about an american couple who had twin girls then decided to have another baby and got 6, three boys and three girls,
But Kate the mom is a bit OCD, its just one of those shows I love to watch, and work how out how d'fook they manage??

HalfMumHalfBiscuit · 20/05/2009 20:01

Jon and Kate plus 8 is inspiring. Things going fairly well in our household tonight thankfully. Although DH and I have cracked open the vino! Bring on dinner (salmon, potatoes, cheese sauce and broccoli and sweetcorn)

Tonight
Tidy kitchen a bit
Put DS to bed (PJ's on, Milk and story by 7pm!!!) done by 7.30
DH apparently not making tea therefore -
Make tea doing
Watch apprentice

NBM · 20/05/2009 20:38

Jom and Kate is inspiring on one hand but on the other it makes me feel quite inadequate (sp?)

I think that Kate might have OCD
but I'm guessing she has to be like that to cope. I would be divorced if I spoke to my DH like she speaks to Jon.

Tonights programme is a repeat but I can watch them over and over. >

Hi all

Must watch Jon & Kate at some point.
but yes can imagine she would make me feel inadequate for not always quite coping with 2!

DS2 is doing ok, we have upped the dosage, he will reach the full dose next week, then we have 2 or 3 weeks to see if that drug works. then try another one. then discuss poss surgery
or ketogenic diet.
or something else....

was a useful appointment anyway.
no list now for today, will just do one for tomorrow.

Thurs:

  • all up & dressed
  • breakfast (dose 1)
  • dh to work
  • ds1 to pre-school
  • ds2 nap
  • me get back on top of things/jobs as all been abandoned this week!
  • collect ds1
  • lunch x 3
  • ds2 nap
  • friend + 2 dds coming round
  • tea (dose 2)
  • boys bath & bed
  • dh back (poss slightly early)
  • dinner & bed

the main bit of the day is the morning quiet time when i hope to Get Stuff DONE! lol.
