Okay, I am clearly worrying way too much about this but there are only a few spaces left in the old thread!

(What do I think will happen if we finish without a new list? We'll just make a new one. Relax woman!)

Thanks to alicecrail for the title.

Please finish the old thread before starting on this one - there could be a prize if you are number 1000.

claireybee · 18/05/2009 18:01

They sound yum Alice. I also want PBM's cheesecake brownie recipe.

Boiler man came and I was so so so glad that I have been posting on this thread and the house was semi decent (despite doing v little today) because he told me that my landlady is his MIL

Thank god it wasn't filthy with dirty dishes everywhere etc or he'd have reported back that we were awful tenants!

Hello to the new slatterns.

If you want a slattern mission - my personal one is to have a brew and a sit down for a bit. Its been mad round here.

DH has had a migrane. His first one ever so he was a bit worried about what it was. I've had loads in the past so have been sympathising, given him headache tablets and got full-of-beans DS out of his hair and to bed.

DS was still asleep at 7.30 this morning when we were supposed to be up and getting ready for work/nursery so I am trying to get the bedtime routine streamlined, he was eeking it out a bit too much (another story, some toast, upsy daisy etc etc.).

I have been so worn out at work. Was sitting their guiltily thinking 'why am I here I am not being effective in the slightest!'. Just really tired and should be rested after weekend no?

Clairybee/PBM - Mmm cheesecake brownies and the apricot flapjack sound gorgeous!

Jobs
Empty dishy
Dishy on
Make tea
Food shop done -although totally random

Do some exercise x 3 times a week
Go see head of DS's new school
Take gift round to new baby / proud parents - still not done AARGH

More jobs
Buy new bathmat
Get some decent maternity clothes for work
Still haven't had a facial - my skin is really bad, must be hormones
Buy new mugs

Would the brownies be good for making with a 2.5 yr old? Then I could feel all saintly and good-mummyish while also having the prefect opportunity to stuff my face with choc.

Agree I got a bit carried away with the list. I am so excited! All done bar the dusting. Oh, and the going to bed at a sensible time.
