DS bedtime seems to be slipping later and later, so I didn't get sat down til 9, and there's still stuff to do.

I think i have now qualified as slattern as totally unproductive day on said list, instead done other things (besides sitting down to watch charlie and lola )and drinking glass of wine in company of DH for first time in ages

Take DS + DD to toddler group DONE
Finish cleaning DDs room
Clean DS room
Vacuum upstairs
Vacuum ground floor (we live in three story terrace, too much vacuuming)
Clean utility
Ring re car insurance in spain
Ring re breakdown cover in spain
Do pizza toppings with DS for tea DONE
File mountain of paperwork lying on spare bed
Put clothes away DONE

4 of 12 is not very productive. Vacuum remained totally untouched.very slatternly.
but i have done other jobs recently added to list:
Call plumber to fixed block toilet DONE and fixed
Take Easter eggs to dsils DDs and DS DONE
Make chicken and apple puree for DD DONE
remove toys from lounge floor HALF DONE

In my defence I spend most of my time feeding DD (6 months and weaning and still bf 5 or 6 times a day)
or putting DS on potty or toilet. Perhaps i should put these on the list.

Oh yes if we're going to put empty potty wash potty then I'll get loads done

It's 6.50am and since DH is away and DC's are still at my parents i have no excuse not to do a load of jobs in the house!!

Well Rothwellmummy I have no dcs here either they stayed over in BIL, so that was a success but I didn't sleep that well because they weren't in the house

Good morning Slatterns

I hope everyone had a productive day yesterday (i haven't had chance to read through yet, need to get my list written down!)

I went to see family yesterday, so nothing got done, and then dh calls asking if my friend can babysit as we have been asked out to thai place with some people from work. We had a really lovely time, got a little bit tipsy and decided that perhaps the people dh work with are actually nice people, but just wankers at work (dh says )

Had a good start to the day, DS slept til 6.30 and wasn't too shouty while I changed his nappy, but the toilet blocked when I flushed it, and then I left it to drain slowly, which it usually does. Forgetting about the constant refill. Need to speak to the landlord about that.

There was no poop in the spillage though, thankfully!

DH was not impressed though, as he didn't get in til 3. I hadn't planned on waking him at 7 screeching, but he is lying in now while I watch the BIggest Loser Finale.

DS is at a friends DD1 is on the wii and little ones have emptied my cupboard and are playing shops.

Hey all - remember it's a 'holiday' weekend, that allows for all kinds of slattern-liness

Not doing lists while away, not even meant to be MNing, but couldn't resist

grrr - just spent 45 minutes out the front - I've "cleared" 3 slabs of the front path (it was mostly covered in ivy and shrubs from the shurb "fence" directly next to it)

AND NOW IT'S RAINING - WAAAAAAAAAAAH

oh well only another 7 slabs to go LOL
