I have a really sore throut, neck and a blocked up nose, sat here feeling sorry for myself, as everytime I close my mouth I wake up, as I can not breath

I think today should be an homage to the wise old Bird Ruby and Have named it Ruby Tuesday in her honour.

I am still thinking wobmy, whale like sounds and sticky thoughts (although I still have no idea as to why when visualising them, I get the whale noises in the background) cant hurt through EHM can it?

SO FLY buds, I have taken the tablets, emptied the DW, loaded the WM and am going to try to go back to sleep. If not there may be more Mad ramblings

I am gradually getting rid of stuff if i isn' put away. No more careful sorting of puzzles fom the pound shop, and free toys from magazines (Yes I did used to tidy up stuff like that). If they want it they look after it themselves or I bin it!

UPDATE They are happy to chop off my boobs and I am currenly cancer free in the breat department

Platics need to see me to discuss options, but I need to lose weight first BMI too high, although once boobs are off it will be a lot lower

TMH Good news health wise.This morning are doing a bit on boobs tomorrow with dr chirs & mamograms. Sorry didn't realise you where going today thought it was wednesday. Can I ask do you get to choose the cup size of your new boobs

Once I have seem plastics it will be within 18 weeks. I am likly to have the ovaries and tubes removed first, as screen really unrealiable. That appointment is 11.30 am tomorrow

Cup size - yes I egt to choose, would look to be a c or D (currently H)

H! blimey thats a bit of a hand full. just think of all the nice new undies you can treat yourself too when it all over.

But there is a waiting list just to see plastics, so could be a while. I have had couselling by the mcmillan counceller.

my living room looks like there been a break in. Ellie has emptied toy box, for the 100th time today, all cuddle toys/dolls etc, paper, crayons, raisins, kitchen utensils from her kitchen everywhere. Its all going back upstairs at the weekend. scribbles on the floor too.

doreens you will be very drained emotionally/mentally tomorrow. can somebody what the lo's for you so you & dh can chat or cuddle? send them on the train to me, ellie would love it!

Actually not worried about the boys. Mum is having them while we are at the appointment and then there will be quality family time.

Ruby Size also depends on the fat and muscles etc, so I only get to give my opinions, a lot depends on my body - if I do not have the implants

Glad appt went well TMH.

My house is a bit of a hole at the moment. Hoping DH will be back home on time to bath the girls so I can have 15 mins to get back on track.

Heading down the all my own stuff way at the moment, but I suppose I will know more once I have seen platics

Well I got home to find a house full of men (plumbers and roofers). I made lots of tea, they were all very polite. (Is this a sign of aging when builders are polite to you? ).

Am keeping on top of the clutter as we are living in half the house at the mo. Good declutter incentive.

My neighbour has dropped an Avon catalogue round, I've ordered some new make up so v excited (anyone tried Avon make up?).
