Hello everyone

Back for the weekday fly after a hellish weekend, ds has had upset tummy and dh away all yesterday doing Silverstone Half Marathon so house is an absolute tip.

Have had a v quick read of the thread - sag your list looks more or less like mine would be so will use yours!

Hope everyone who has been ill/nearest and dearest have been under the weather start feeling perkier soon.

Was v windy here in the night but no fence causalties for us NAB - how annoying for you- just drizzly now, wind has dropped. Had just got used to pegging washing out on the line again as weather has been quite good and now will have to revert to hanging on coathangers in door frames, grrrr I hate that.

Did my morning routines, got Ed to school, went to find his hat, got him to school again (with hat) home and DH is helping with Ed's Easter hat He's made a nest and some chicks [sweet] I've done some tissue paper flowers.

Teethcleaning
Bags ready
Dress Ed
Take him to school
Ringing round
Organise my bag

I'm working this aft. Just 2.5 hrs but it adds up

I've been singing all day.[smile

It is just as well as I've achieved nothing so far. Wen tothe bank to pay a bill and couldn't, had to phone my brother to get him to pay it for me (See French translation thread) then tried to go out to meet my frind, and had a blow out on my tyre. I changed it myself (is this unusual - m friends were shocked I was going o do it myself) but had to come home with oly four bolts holding on the five bolt tyre as one is now jammed in the dead tyre.

And my feet are wet, because my boots leak.

Thats all my whinging over with. I'll go and do some FLYing now.

TMH - I think Ruby has the question list about covered.

It is busy! I can't keep up!

TMH good luck with the consultant...I can't add anything to Ruby's questions either...I think she has covered most things I'd want to know.

Fair bit left to do though still. House needs a good hoover and dust.

Ok I've got to as i'm picking up DD from nursery but that Blur songs in my head so it seemed (in my World) an appropriate thing to say

Clear landing done
hoover downstairs
Animals fresh water and check hamsters all have food done
Clean shower
Wrap DS1's birthday presents
Tidy DS and 2 room
Put away all our clothes done
Fold dry clothes and put in airing cupbaord done

I've just sat and eaten two hot cross buns

Ds and I did venture to toddlers and had fun catching up - I was shocked to see there are loads of pregnancies in the village again at the moment I'll have to borrow some new-borns for cuddles in the summer

TMH Ruby has covered all the questions I could think of...hope it all goes well x

10. Pick DD1 & DS up

Ah...pretty much done. Off to Welsh Lessons at 1pm. My friend, who usually has DD2 is on a training course today, so DH is comming home to sit with her. (I can't miss another lesson, otherwise I'll be too far behind!) I'll go and make him some lunch ready now, so I can shoot off when he gets home. (what a thoughtful wife I am! )

Oh...Bianca you have just reminded me! My SIL has gone into hospital this morning to have her baby They are having a little boy.....this will be her 2nd little boy!

(and will be number 14 of nephews and nieces on the xmas pressie list!! )

Well we still have the builders in. supposed to be starting the roof today !

I think I'm goimg to ignore the kitchen this week as the plumbers coming to move the boiler so the floors coming up and holes will be drilled through the walls! The state of my cooker is the least of my worries!

Will try and keep on top of the rest of the house though.

scatty I wouldn't want to be on a rood at the moment .. the wind is definitely picking up again !

Ds had lunch then coughed violently and brought the whole lot up [ewww] Thankfully he made it to the loo in time so there's minimum clearing up to do. Poor chap, it's really nasty. He's tucked up in my bed now with his super-hero book and a Charlie and Lola CD.

My dads plane has landed and the LDC is in the oven ready for when he gets back home

I need to make some work calls next and mop the floors.

Watcha! Been to Dinky Dancers Ellie didn't join in appeared very tired & wanted to cuddle Came back had yummy mushroom/cheese/ham Omlette, which ellie enjoyed. She is now napping so I am catching up with thread...very busy

Bugger, just remembered I meant to get some flowers for my mums grave - 16years today since she died It's probably a good sign that it's not been on my mind as much as previous years but I feel really now...not sure I can nip out and get anything with ds so poorly
I've almost had as much of my life without her than I had with her....

Better get on with some jobs and keep busy.
