Desperate Flyers - it's the weekend again

Apologies if someone has already started a weekend thread - I couldn't see it. Haven't been on here all week. Parents visiting (mixed blessing), lots of appointments for DD. She's been ill, DH ill and grumpy, DS1 had a burn on his foot, DS2 very difficult at the moment and
I have completely let go of my routines this week. SO need to get back on track today.

To start: DW, tidy kitchen, wipe surfaces, sweep floor.

Hello everyone else-in chaos here as movers in on Wed so just in limbo!
May not post much over the next week but promise to change name back soon.........now off for my bath.....

I've just snapped and posted on the other thread. It was really starting to get my back up, particularly the suggestion that we should give up our right to vote if feminism means so little to us.

Haven't done much FLYing today. But had fun with DC on the trampoline and endured enjoyed a show put on by DS's!
Went for a very long walk this morning. Took about 2 hrs in the end! Kids really enjoyed it. I did too but i didn't like walking them along a road with no verge but it was too late to go all the way back!

I have another item to add to my broken stuff! microwave is dead, well nearly! It started making a funny noise and smoke was coming out of the side inside it! I need a microwave!

Off to bed soon. Mickey was barking at 6.30 this morn so i had to get up to sit downstairs with him so that he didn't wake the kids up.
