Tuesday - day 2 - Get dressed to lace up shoes

2 days of clean shiny sink - feel v proud! Got dressed with shoes rather than slobbing around in pjs this am too. DH thinks I'm a bit mad though...

Hi VG. I read your other thread about clutter. This is really about taking it one baby step at a time. All you?ve really missed is that we have shined our sinks (day 1) and dressed first thing in the morning (day 2). No major lifestyle changes yet. As FLYLady would say, you?re not behind, just jump in where you are!!!

Mmm sounds good. I am relieved to say getting dressed in the morning is one of the few things I do do! Probably because I have to go to work! So it's nice to be able to tick something off. I will catch up with the other things day by day. Ah, the new me! I can hardly wait.

DH did the sink! (well half-did it, lol). Only really had to wipe round.

He is very good anyway, but usually does his own thing, so another minor miracle that he fell in with my plans - even though I've not told him what I'm up to, lol.

Have no energy to read this thread. You'll be pleased to know that I did get dressed this morning, given that I've been out all day at a funeral!

Will go and shine sink. Shouldn't be too hard as we haven't been home all day. See you tomorrow!

Get an e-cloth from Lakeland - they clean and polish everything -i've got shiny sinks, shiny worktops, shiny laqcuer doors, shiny glass table - it does the lot, no chemicals, no smears, just water. Other wise I'm a slob.

Well I have a Corian sink, so its not shining, but my taps are. I also got dressed this morning. I really find the getting dressed properly thing helps, but I tend to fall off the wagon when I haven't had enough sleep.

Sink shiny and had to do washing as dh had no clean pants . Hence need for FLYing!!

hi like the name change cinders wish a magic wand could work in my house .

Out all day today sink ok ish off to load dishwasher and do am and pm rountines.
