Welcome one and all

I know all about flylady, think she is fab but at the moment feeling too emotionally crippled to cope with the emails, wearing shoes, the huge long threads, the pressure of doing it right.......

so no links to her please

I will get there at some point but for now

For whatever reason that you cry about your house or are scared to start cause there is tooo much to do.

Let s just whinge and try and do a little thing a day if we can

you can have them if you want, lol.

fannyannie · 19/02/2007 13:33

well this hasn't been posted on for a few days.

I'm absolutely shattered - possibly anaemic, seeing the MW this afternoon so shall speak to her - but I'm determined that this afternoon I shall

Empty the dishwasher
Hang the clothes which I washed this morning
Change the sheets on our bed
Make DS1's bed
Add a few more bits to ebay
Prepare dinner so when I get back from antenatal appointment I just need to throw it in the oven
Put clothes away that DH ironed over the weekend.

Anyone want to join me????

JillyBeansNW · 19/02/2007 14:53

RIght - lost this thread for a few days, but am back.

My washing machine has died, so no washing to do (until friend gets home from work and I put nappies in her machine).
My one goal today is to do the washing up and go to the supermarket.

TrinityRhino · 19/02/2007 14:59

hi all, just managing to keep head above water at the mo

all I'm doing at the moment is changing the two little ones, breast feeding, feeding the bigger two, trying not to let dd2 trash the place and continuously putting the washer and dryer on

baby Erin has already put on 9oz between day six when she had returned to her birth weight and day ten
but then I do have enough milk to feed quads lol

hi there,

I'm normally a Flyer but DD2 has been poorly all week so taking it easy.

Trinity my DD was born in December and appears to have the same name as yours

Kif · 19/02/2007 15:16

mornin' ladies.

isn't this a great day to lose my 'parking fine' virginity...

Looked so pretty on my winscreen next to THE PARKING TICKET THAT ONLY EXPIRED SIX MINUTES FROM TIME OF FINE

sigh i'll live longer if i just pay quick and forget about it, won't I.

That'll teach me for taking my small children out to the sure start centre and bf support group.

Thefamily were fed by the 'happy clown' (ronald mc d ) to celebrate (!)

Ok - so far I've done is emptied the dishwasher - and I'm now halfway through cooking dinner

JillyBeansNW · 19/02/2007 18:20

Fannie - was it your threads I was lurking on about problems at work? And if so how is that going?

JillyBeansNW · 19/02/2007 18:25

Slaps self on wrist for Fannie

erm Fanny, FA? What do you go by (read some thread the other day about newbies getting things like that wrong)

fannyannie · 19/02/2007 18:50

Jilly - yes it was my threads about work - they've backtracked on the 'final warning' - are now saying I was "threatened" with one - not actually given one.........

I don't need a slap on the wrist - I've been really tired and dizzy due to pg so I've got a good excuse for not having done much . However - the dinner will be ready in 15 minutes - the boys are in the bath and I've hung some of the stuff on the radiators to dry - so I'm getting there LOL.

As for what I go by.....what ever you like

JillyBeansNW · 19/02/2007 18:56

No no no - I was slapping my OWN wrist for spelling your name wrong !!

fannyannie · 19/02/2007 18:57

oh - I thought you were slapping me on the wrists for not having done much yet today

fannyannie · 25/02/2007 11:51

what?? No-one has had any bursts of effort for nearly a week .

Come on - lets have one this afternoon. I worked last night - and have an evening servie to need to stay up (and dH has gone out to make up a few hours for work so can't sleep anyhow).

Lets see what we can do between now and 4pm .

Kif · 25/02/2007 18:16

Not me - I'm in a funk. Pouring a glass of wine is as domesticated as I get tonight.

Actually, I lie. I'm making pies out of leftovers for next weeks lunch after i've got the kids down.I often cook when I'm in a a funk - I think that's why my house often descends into such dramatic and intersting mess.

TrinityRhino · 26/02/2007 16:16

yay found it

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 26/02/2007 16:18

OP posts:
TrinityRhino · 26/02/2007 16:30

oh rhubarb you are wonderful but I couldn't possibly have allowed you to come all that way when it's only up the road from me

admittedly it would have been hell to take dd2 out, she is feeling really poorly.

but it's all ok now dh is doing it

how are you and your little ones??
my friend that stayed at the weekend wanted to steal my little bath

purplemonkeydishwasher · 26/02/2007 16:35

Right Chickadees back to normal!!

Hope you are all well. I missed this thread! Helps keep me right!

Although for the last little while we've been doing better with the house!

MIL came over to babysit on friday night so i tidied up the downstairs. DH did the upstairs (he WASHED WINDOWS up there YESTERDAY...UNASKED!!!! ) and it's been pretty much ok since then. We had friends over on Saturday for a pizza buffet and still it's ok in here!

SO today I tidied the kitchen and ran the dishwasher (which now needs to be emptied) and put some clothes in the dryer. The Dining table is remarkable empty (usually it's piled with stuff!) and the toys in the living room are all put awya! hooray for me!

i should go around and take pictures cause it won't last!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to iron DH's shirts and tidy the sitting room before bed.

TrinityRhino · 26/02/2007 16:36

well done............and Wow at your dh washing the windows UNASKED
