In my constant quest for ergonomics in the house (more like doing the minimum), I've come up against a problem. No matter what size, it takes me between 9 and 13 strokes of this knife<< to peel around a carrot, plus the same when I do the other end. We eat loads of carrots throughout the year, so I thought I'd challenge MN to find a more energy effective way! This needs to be scientific, mind. [wink] Not just off the top of your head or "we never peel carrots, just munch them fresh out of the earth". Thanks in advance!
