Morning all this is as close as I am going to get to flying today.

Finished work at midnight went in and did my shopping (I work in a supermarket) Got home and put everything away to find that time had done a fast forward and that it was 2am. So dragged myself of to bed.

DS is teething and decided that 4.30am is the perfect time to start yelling. Have finally got him settled. Thank goodnes for milk, calpol and Sky TV Tiny pop is on from 13.0am so I can usually find something to distract him with. Just means I have to canmp out on the sofa till it's time to get up.

Need to try and get my head down now as I am back at work at 11.

Happy flying everyone see you Monday as I intend on catching up on lost sleep on Sunday.

baking a cake? myself? - i am great at cooking but baking always goes wrong

surprisingly i have been rather busy
after that bad start we did take the kids out to a playground with pond and ended up feeding the ducks in pouring rain
but both kids loved it and it was rather funny!

once home i managed to

• dishwasher/dryer/washing machine
• all toys are put away
• washed downstairs floors (still needs a few more times it was just dreadfull - but i finally bought the right exchange thingy for my floor washing thingy!!)
• tidyed shoehole (and threw lots in the bin - was tempted to keep them because they were still good, but no! i was brave and did what i had to do!!!)

Thanks Tribpot but dds alot luckier than alot of the kids we met in hospital,at least we are home now.I had a friend i used to work with came in with her little boy(aged 4) with a suspected ear infection 2 weeks later he had passed away it was a very rare aggressive brain tumour.Shocked me to the core and made me so much more aware of how lucky we've been as we nearly lost dd many times in ICU.

Didn't mean to bring everyone down there just want you to know i'm not a poor me my childs so ill type .The glass is always half full not empty IYKWIM.

Nevermind about the roasties hazelnuts same thing with my tea dd2 normaly very fussy wanted loads and seconds. DP said save me some more for later so i've just done some rice to bulk out my ickle bitty scrap cue sad music.

Luckily our Sikh neighbours have just been round with a massive bowl of curry and stuff. They had a massive party last night to celebrate an engagement.We stored loads of their furniture so they could get more people in (60).So curry was a thankyou present and i must have telepathic powers just making rice and all.

Have done 2 loads washing and drying just need to put it all away. And rescued my failing kitchen. Must clean out chinchilla before I go to bed or she will be left for the week.

Just finished cleaning up half a cup of ribena from a cream carpet. The bissell i bought last week has just paid for itself as carpet was about £800....soooo stressed.

off to watch Cracker in a bit. no more flying. but i can say living room and playroom have NOTHING on the floor. Kitchen is tidy and clean, as is sink.

DD1 asleep with dp upstairs watching tv in bed me- given up on eating tea gone cold due to running to playroom to break up fights every 2 secs.
dd2- amusing herself playing detectives has little magnifying glass and sock on hand i asked why the sock she said cos i working ?Must remind her of my rubber gloves speaking of which best go wash up ,when i work up the motivation that is.

My computer just crashed on me Well I think it crashed, I went to sort out DD as she was crying and then came back to the computer to find it at the start of the logging in page. I had to restart it 3 times to get the net to work then

haunted hazelnut leave bits all over the house.
Set the timer to do the kitchen for15 mins ended up running round and reset it 4 times FLYed 4 an hr!
Put all folded washing in drawers and waldrobe etc .Another load in . Washed pots, shined sink and counters .Put toys away .Put shoe rack and table back in hall now neighbours stuff back at theirs .
Living room picked up.So really just tidying but tomorrow i'll be able to do the cleaning much more easily.And don't you feel so much better when it's all done?
DD2 just fallen asleep 3 hrs earlier than last 3 nights so the days ended sooo much better than it began.Being naughty now having a ciggie and pinched one of DPs cans of lager even though don't usualy drink it.Watching X-Factor bunch of men singing Don't ya wish ya boyfriend was hot like me WTF??
Oh the peace and quiet is lovely night all X
