You wipe down the sink every time you use it.

fmf - I know people in the US who have flyladied for an extensive period. But I'd not come across anyone from the UK who'd even heard of it before.

tortoise · 07/08/2006 15:09

I have been sat here too much today.Computer not normally on in the day time!
Yes i think we are just on the baby steps bit atm.

tortoise · 07/08/2006 15:11

This is tomorrows baby step!
-Getting up and dressing to lace up shoes
-Keeping your sink shining
-Reading your reminders for 2 minutes.

Then I want you to read something on our website. This will help you to understand more about what we are doing and how together with our reminders, essays and testimonials you are going to see changes in your home and attitude.

trinityrhino · 07/08/2006 15:22

this is great, we need to keep this thread going

good luck flybabies

Cappucino · 07/08/2006 15:24

has anyone read her email about the woman's 'bathtub epiphanies'?

'Have you shined that sink yet? This is your first uncovering of that love that has been hiding underneath all the self-loathing and pain you have suffered your whole life.'

ffs!

and for the love of god, what does this mean?

'Now I am in great big purple puddles.'

anyone? please?

trinityrhino · 07/08/2006 15:25

keep reading cappucino, it starts to make sense, she is a little crazy and possibly a little more religious than some but it makes sense and helps the hopeless to have hope, great big purple puddles is crying
