Okay, dinner is prepped, I can take a few minutes.
carrots we a have long-ish haired genuine German Shepherd who looks like a brute but is really a great big teddy bear, and the other is officially a mix because she was a stray. She has all the characteristics of German Shepherd, but is about half the normal size. She was an orphaned puppy when we found her, vet said she was probably 8 week's and she weighed 2 kilos. She's the hunter. He's the fluff maker.
camper so sorry Muddles had an accident. As the others have said, they all seem to have the knack of doing these things if we take our eyes off them for a nano second, even if we don't they'll still manage to do something, she'll get over it quickly.
My legs are aching now, walked the dogs in completely the wrong shoes as I can't find my trainers.
My tyre was a write off, only had 3,000 KM on it. I am very lucky it didn't blow out on the motorway though, see there's a positive point
. It has a large gash and they found a large-ish piece of bone inside. I have assured the DDs that it wasn't me that killed the dog, it was already very much deceased by the time I hit it. There are lot's of strays here and this road divides the community- ifswim- so dogs are always trying to dash across.
