PlumBumandBaublesMum · 06/01/2011 12:49

Thanks Alice
I'm just preparing myself for anything, she is the only living grandparent I have ever had, actually except her mother & MIL,

I have fond memories of her bringing me to visit her mum, have a lovely photo of me with her on my communion so I was sure to take a photo of dd with her on her communion and my nan was so chuffed

Anyway what I mean even at times when I haven't visited her as often as I should have, she was always a constant iykwim, and one of the few who will say yes your dad is a Bd and he's her sonGrin

Anyway I wrote my dad a letter he has read it and told mym mum he regrets everything, but hasn't made any contact with me, he's waiting for me to contact him, but with all this going on with granny there hasn't been the right time so not much change there

but anyway I think I have some of my motivation back so on with a list:

dry washing
clear kitchen
lunch & packed lunches for tomorrow dcs are off to panto tomorrow, will look for some treats
decide on dinner
get dd1 to pack up crib when she gets home
rescan house for any remaining decos

think that will do me until school runs, roads are leathal here so will leave early

Ali just seen about VBAC, my friend had a very successful VBAC after having an emergency C-section with her first,
at least you have time to think about it and make the right decision for you,
big squashy hugs to you and JKS, I keep forgetting how far along you both are, its so exciting, keep thinking you are only just pg Grin

PlumBumandBaublesMum · 06/01/2011 12:51

Plum that is good wrt your father isn't it? A step in the right direction.

I am very close to my Grandma. She has had a big impact on my life, and i dread the day she gets old iyswim?

DD was very good when we took her to school, a little overwelmed but fine. Sad that i won't be the one picking her up due to a hay delivery that no one else can help with, but DH is going to make time to pick her up today.

OP posts:
