I ain't heard anything back from the passport office yet I sent by post paper application it's been since Tuesday. Should I be worried will I have it back by June

As it's January and assuming there aren't any factors you haven't mentioned I'd say its pretty inconceivable that you won't have it back by June

Is it a first passport or a renewal? We did our renewals online a week ago, had a text to say our old passports had been received on Wednesday. I'm expecting it to take a couple of weeks for the new passports to arrive.

Their published normal turnaround time is three weeks, so why do you think yours will take 4months +? Is it somehow complicated?

It's a renewal and change of name. Added my marriage certificate and old passport 2 photos and birth certificate I know it's a renewal but wanted to send it all

Have you looked at the tracking? There was a code on the form.

Yes the tracking number just says delivered and signed just wait for them too look at it but heard nothing

You might be sooner than that. I got a message saying they had received application on Monday ,I had my new passport in my hands on the Friday

You seem really aggressive. I'd stop that if i was you, seeing as you've asked for advice. Nobody will help you with a shitty attitude like that.

I think everyone is saying it'll be done in the recommended time, about 4 weeks usually. And seeing as you only sent it on Tuesday, you need to calm down.

I tried really hard to be very clear as it sounds like you are worried.

You can't just take a part of a whole sentence and say that it means the opposite.

You expected a reply in only a couple of days?! They probably have only just received it.
