It’s a day flight, 10 hours. Two of us. So total cost is £320. One way upgrade.

Not for a daytime flight, if it was overnight then yes.

Yep!! We paid more for PE to and from Miami/Heathrow with BA recently and it was worth every penny. Neither of us would go back to economy for that duration again.

Yes! We just paid for 9 hour flights and made such a difference

No. I'd do it for biz class but not premium.
