Butlins Unfair holiday termination

My young families' holiday was terminated from Butlins skegness because my 6 year old son had a coughing fit in the early hours of our first morning there and was sick twice because of it.

You should have seen how quickly they ejected us when our baby son threw up in the food hall! It seemed awful at the time, but since he must have caught the bug whilst on holiday, I can see why they're so careful.

I think you commented on my Instagam reel sharing how awful Butlins is. So many people have agreed with my reel. It's insane it's been watched over 170k times!

Butlins have zero customer service skills.

They don't mind adults vomiting when drunk. It's awful treatment to a child.

It's unfortunate but their rules are clear. Why didn't you isolate as required?

How could they possibly enforce any isolation? I would have said "yeah we'll stay in our accommodation for 48 hours", then just gone out off site for a couple of day trips.

They aren't going to have someone standing outside your door for 48 hours.

You made the mistake of letting ds eat way too much and just be completely greedy. You need to stop this at the next holiday. We all get a little over indulgent when away, but what you described was way too much for a child his age.
