Which resort/hotel? Majorca, All inclusive with young DC

Just that really.
Decided to go abroad next year when DC will be 5 and 2 (almost 3) Will be first time on a plane. Mainly due to flight length/times and frequency from our nearest Airport we've decided on Majorca, end of July.
Looking for recommendations (or heads up on ones to avoid) for hotels/resorts. Ideally all inclusive, 4/5 with lot's for the kids.

Our kids are older now (teens ish) so no little ones to consider.

We mostly enjoy scenery, pottering around a small town, relaxing, cycling, good food, quiet, low rise.

We’ve been to both with 2 boys 6 and 8. They liked both - Cala d’or does have the outdoor go karts which they loved but overall we all enjoyed Pp more
